    I'm in Portland, and while we voted for this our local government did not provide the requisite opportunities for care and treatment. The rollback of this bill reintroduces facilities for care and treatment.

    Not going to get into what is right or wrong, but please understand that this first attempt was implemented poorly and needed to be adjusted in some manner.

    Warranty problems

    Interesting pour over this morning

    So I have some beans from 2 different roasters, the light roast is a bit old (Great North), and there wasn't much left when my partner brought me another roast that I can't get from out of state that's a medium roast (Philz). That medium roast is almost gone now too, so I mixed them together and made a pour over this morning. It's pretty interesting, it has those light flowery notes up front, but then finishes with a rich depthness that wasn't apparent when I was brewing the medium roast solo. Just thought that was interesting... but now I want to hear from you. Do you ever mix beans for your brews, pour over or otherwise? Do you get different flavor profiles when doing so?
