Why is this law not being applied to the Jan 6 treasonists. People were killed they should all be tried for it.

I always view my maps this way, when on Google maps just swivel the map till the red compass tip points down. Looking at it south up is like looking at a newly generated world in a RPG game.

I haven’t got fingerprint working yet either, I originally tried Kubuntu, but it seemed to update and have weird screen glitching issues so I have a HD with Ventoy and installed KDE fedora and it was an easy install.

Did you set it to Linux audio mode in the EFI. I think they have a big thing about this on their site within the Linux install directions. I run KDE Fedora on my Framework 16, and it’s smooth as butter.

I had thought that some Hollywood people were talking to Scalzi about Old man’s war, but nothing ever came of it. Sad.

So this sounds like a parent problem.

Well none of these sources tell me how the kids are forced into this. All these services are free, so I still don’t see the exploitation. Are you saying the kids are tricked into making games for Roblox, if so then maybe that’s on the parents. As a software engineer and having kids who played Roblox their entire lives, I still can’t make the leap of exploitive practices over just capitalism. Maybe show me another platform that kids can learn how the basics of game design while hosting the game at the same time.

Can someone tell me how the kids are being forced to make video games. I have read several of these articles and can’t understand the logic. My kids played Roblox and created games on the platform they were never forced or coerced to make anything. Maybe it’s our messed up capitalistic society that expects everybody to monetize anything that’s fun.

Yeah bear claw pedals are still out there and used quite a bit. I remember biking up a hill and my chain slipped and my foot slipped off the pedal scrapping my shin while failing right on my top tube. It was a double whammy.

That’s the general idea behind Dianetics, they say you sub-consciously pick up all input when you are unconscious and it shapes your personality. It’s a load of bullshit psychology and is the basis of Scientology.

How would you set that pin on a SIM card in an iPhone?

So they took the SIM card out and got the phone number from that? I guess I didn’t realize you could do that.

I’m confused, in the article he said it was a brick to whoever has his stolen phone. How did they get his phone number to send him text messages? Did they crack the passcode and needed the iCloud password?

Yeah I was into a lot of biofeedback ideas and trying to hack my brain by changing your normal behavior. Most of the things you change go back when you stop doing those things, but sometimes things stay with you. I am much more empathetic now than I used to be.

I used to write with my left hand for many things thinking that I would make the right side of my brain be more active and have more creative thoughts. It was an experiment that went on for several years when i was a messenger and I had a manifest that I had to fill out, it was real messy.

I got it out by pulling it really hard, it looks like it may have been cross threaded, once I got it out and the SSD inserted it just snapped back in. It holds so I’m good. Thanks for all the suggestions.
mx_smith 4 months ago • 100%
Hey I got it out. I had to use some pliers and pull it out, which is weird since it wasn’t really screwed in and it did t seem stripped. When putting the SSD back in it didn’t screw in, it just sort of snaps back into the hole. It holds the drive in so that works. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

Here is a photo. The pink square is the adhesive the screw to the left of it is the one to hold the lower secondary SSD then a little farther left is the one that will not come out. I’ll try the magnet idea. Thanks

I made another post as this is looking like and RMA as I feel like to get to the bottom of the logic board may require more disassembly than I’m comfortable with. Like ungluing batteries.
mx_smith 4 months ago • 100%
I’m not sure it’s captive but it won’t tighten or loosen, it just turns. I tried to see if the lower part of it would come out but I believe it’s bolted from the underside of the logic board.
I just got my Framework 16 DIY version and I can’t install the primary SSD because there is a captive screw in the place that holds the SSD down and I can’t remove it so the SSD doesn’t stay held down. There is a screw for the secondary SSD and it comes out. Any ideas? Update: I got it out, anyone else with this issue, try and pull the screw out it’s very small on the threads so it just pulls out and pushes back in when the drive is seated.
My son just got a job as a trail guide in Estes Park Co. anybody have any equipment suggestions for him? Stuff that most people forget about but is something that has become essential for you. Thanks in advance.
