Of course I Do eventually want them to end up in a relationship but I'm looking for this kind of yuri manga and want recommendations.

*Trying once again to bring some life into this community.* I've been pretty much hooked on SHY. I thought I was really fed up with superhero stuff, but I've checked out the anime anyway and ended up loving it! It's got lots of fresh takes on the genre (sometimes it feels more like a magical girl show) and Bukimi never shies away (pun intended) from adding all kinds of representation. Now I'm devouring the manga and it just keeps getting gayer! I also recommend 'Alcohol and Ogre-girls', 'The Princess of Sylph' and 'Show me Your Bust'.

What have you read/watched so far, what are you planning on reading?
Since [the last post](https://lemmy.world/post/108342) is over a month old. I'm reading Musunde, Tsunaide. It's a comedy that makes fun of isekai stuff (but it's not an isekai story), and there's a yuri subplot about two awkward JKs, it's really cute. For anime, this season is kinda dry, I'm following only Precure, Yohane and Bang Dream.

The *Assault Lily Bouquet* anime was hit or miss, to put it nicely, but I think the game is a lot better both in yuri content and when it comes to just telling good stories. I admit that I'm a bit biased because I've spent a few years fan translating parts of it, though. You can find all of those fan TLs, as well as those made by other people in the community, on [the GEHENA Labs YouTube channel.](https://www.youtube.com/@GEHENALabs/) The absolute gayest part of the franchise is not this but the short spinoff anime *Assault Lily: Fruits*. So don't miss that either.
Whether that be the good kind of shock or the bad, maybe a series was better than expected, maybe it was worse, maybe the ending was awful, maybe the ending was fantastic, maybe it was far darker and real than you were expecting, or maybe far less. For me it's definitely [White Angels Have No Wings](https://anilist.co/manga/99489/White-Angels-Have-No-Wings/), how far it was willing to go in terms of the characters, how it built up to the ending, and how it ended, just shocking to the core. On the other hand though is [Lily](https://anilist.co/manga/104728/Lily/), excellent 9/10 throughout most of the story, a nice slow burn with realistic character and relationship developments, then just an awful ending that betrays the core of one of the characters.

What an absolute masterpiece of a story, if you ever get the chance to read it, definitely give it a go, it's absolutely fantastic.
What a fantastic manga this one was, seeing their relationship grow and develop, seeing them both change to become better people throughout the series, and watching the relationships of their friends and classmates develop as well, honestly incredible. What yuri manga have you been reading or what yuri anime have you been watching? My current favs have been Koroshiya Yametai and Ayaka-Chan is in Love with Hiroko-Chan! The only anime I’ve been following this season have been golf girls and yuri is my job.
Just read this series, I enjoyed it quite a lot, short and sweet, if you've read it what are your thoughts on it?
