That it was in a state of total chaos: the management company wasn't doing their job, one of the members wasn't paying his fees (only 3 units so it was a major hit), and I found out we didn't have any insurance. I ended up taking over, got rid of the shitty management company, sued the delinquent member, evicted one of his tenants (drug addicts that left the doors unlocked and would set off the building smoke detectors all the time), and sold/moved once the dust settled.

My wife and I were lucky enough to be able to purchase a home at a decent rate and then refinance a few years later to an even better rate (around 3.5%). Depends on my laziness. I just bought parts for my new rig on Newegg. I was going to do microcenter, but they didn't have everything I wanted.

The last straw for me was no more free returns. I cancelled my prime but it doesn't expire for a few months. A buddy of mine is doing the same. It's no longer worth it.

I was working on one of my users desktops (adding RAM). The machine wasn't recognizing all of it. I eventually cave and call tech support. Their solution was to not use all of the RAM slots. I called up the next day and got a competent person to replace the board, but pretty much all calls were like that.

I worked with HP once at an internship like 15 years ago...I still avoid them because of the shitty experience.

I remember news stories when the movie came out; parents were taking their kids to the movie because they didn't understand what it was about. I thought the R rating would have been enough.

At this point the only thing I'm interested in is the Loki series everything else I just can't muster the energy/desire to want to watch.

I just finished working out and noticed I had a flat after like 30 seconds of driving. It was dark and I pulled over on an uneven/unfinished area of road. A passerby helped me out by holding a flashlight, we were chatting as I was working, then all of a sudden my car fell off the jack (the flat had been removed). I was so lucky I didn't crush my hand. After that I just called AAA to take care of it for me and I'll never try changing a flat again.

The was a really interesting Chefs Table (Netflix show) episode about a Turkish chef. He went on about how the same dish has a million different names all depending on the region you're from. I think it was season 4.

I want to say Manta (Armenian dumplings), but that could be due to me only having them a few times a year. It's labor intensive and my grandmother used to make them all the time, but now I have to wait for a random church to sell them.

You might like Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion. You pick your characters, then do quests (which can branch). Pretty sure it uses a book for the scenario maps, so the set up will be figuring out your characters deck and items. The game supports up to 4 people, but you could also just play multiple characters (if you want).

Call up, schedule an appointment, have them remove the card, and then kick them out.

Pay off my house, do all the little projects in the house we couldn't afford, save enough for the kids college fund, and buy a few shiny toys. Then go back to work like normal...I'd go insane with nothing to do all day. On the plus side, my family will have the most amazing vacations.
