Didn’t Charlie Sheen famously watch one of the Guinea Pig movies and report it to some law enforcement agency, believing it was snuff?

Wolf Creek is inspired by the murders committed by Ivan Milat (the podcast My Favorite Murder were amused that one of his supposed surviving victims is a man named Paul Onions; the name is what they liked) and Bradley John Murdoch (according to Wikipedia is forbidden to talk to the press). Highly recommend this.
As for the rest of the list, I can only say I’ve seen two others: Saw and Hostel. I couldn’t recommend Hostel. Just felt way too boring. Most of the action occurs only in the later quarter of the runtime, bogging down the overall story as unnecessary build up. Saw on the other hand, well is Saw. It is tame compared to pretty much everything else that came after it (excluding the sequels; Saw II pretty much enhances the concept but the other sequels feel cheap and utterly confusing).
As for The Devils Rejects, I have zero desire to watch that. House of 1,000 Corpses was in my opinion, a rehash of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. It offered little substance that made it stand apart from its inspiration.
I am often not easily impressed by lots of horror movies. Something bold and unique are what get me.

Explain how. I don’t see any updates in the App Store.
On version 1.3.3, when adding an image to a comment without any existing text, the app crashes. If text is placed in the comment field, image being added will upload successfully with no crash.

The url links to the same press announcement from back in August. According to the post on the franchise’s official Facebook page, the event will in some way involve the U.S.S. Enterprise-D that will be unlike any other.

The “Past Tenese” panel at STLV, did not happen at the scheduled time. I was at the convention, very excited for the panel. Anyways, Wolfe mentions being at STLV, so clearly it happened earlier in the day. Apparently the panel was pushed up and there was no announcement of the change.

Waiting 24 hours to report a person missing isn’t a myth… just a stupid fucking thing that happens a lot and has no basis in law.
You could try to report a person missing immediately but depending on their age, gender, sex, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, economic status, job employment, location, and maybe many more factors, a police/sheriff department might flat out deny a report because they simply can’t do their job right.
It’s not a myth; it is reality and many people encounter this issue. Especially in the ‘70s and ‘80s in the United States, teenagers would often be dismissed as missing and considered runaways. So the fact is you might be forced to wait or have your report completely ignored by the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Is there a reason The Alamo was a heavily discussed historical event during Deep Space Nine’s seventh season? Was there an anniversary of the event? Did it come into popular consciousness in the 90s? Was someone on the writing staff related to Davy Crockett?
I am aware that ENT retcons the change in Klingon physiology as augments Klingons. Is there an accepted theory as to why legacy characters who return after TOS, are shown to have changes? Do people simply retroactively apply the events of “The Augments”?

So I recently embraced and continued my love of Star Trek within the last two years. I think back to First Contact Day and how many Trekkies like myself ate a yeah you kind of forget that what they’re doing kind of forget that they’re not on a starship where they can do this as much as they want a meal of pierogies, salmon, and tequila while watching the movie First Contact. Are there any similar ways people celebrate Star Trek Day?

Hi there. Wondering if anyone can tell if my tattoo is ready for a touch up. This is my first. The artist expected I would want a touch up, due to the difficultly of the gold color. Am I ready to get a touch up? The artwork is a badge from Star Trek: The Next Generation. I used a real magnetic badge made by Fansets as my reference. ![](https://startrek.website/pictrs/image/4295862e-caab-4c68-b203-1b2c52210c36.jpeg) **ADDITIONAL PHOTO**: For better clarity here is an additional photo in sunlight. Jessica Huang from Fresh off the Boat TV series, said this in response to Honey quoting the movie. I totally feel the same way.
Here is me at Star Trek: The Experience in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Hilton. This was 1997 (spring or summer). I got to go on The Klingon Encounter (which may have been the only ride-type attraction at the time). The line to enter was lined with status of Borg (First Contact had just come out the previous November). This is a memory that I hold dear. It made a huge impact on me. Getting to see a recreation of the Enterprise-D bridge, go on a turbolift, use a transporter (just a rotating wall and lights) and the shuttlecraft (think Star Tours) was so awesome. My mom remembers when we were on the transporter pad, having her hand on my chest and feeling my heart rate increase. [The whole attraction was a mix of video featuring TNG cast and live actors.](https://youtu.be/J8tEbC5JUu0?si=LvfJ7rT4VoKT6XLI)
My birthday was last week (May 17). Decided to get my first tattoo, which I wanted to be Trek related. As a kid my family had a VHS tape with a recording of “All Good Things…” (and for unknown reasons, “Caretaker”). So I have seen the episode a dozen times. It is my favorite episode of the franchise. The image I’m sharing shows the tattoo only three days old.
