This is where they are getting the idea of "right for travel" and why they are never driving, just "moving their car" and why they don't recognize being a citizen of any state. Let's play pretend again and accept that this bond exists. Why the Treasury would have a bond for an entity that is NOT a citizen of the United States is beyond me.
