Sadly, LJN Video Art still exists. At least this pretends to be fun.

I try, but there’s only so much time and I’m the only one who actually posts things in my instances.
Sometimes all it takes is one other person posting content to provide motivation to keep going.

Wow, another world record by SummoningSalt in such a short timeframe.

I still haven’t been back to Reddit since the switch. Even if everyone else goes back, I’m gonna stay here because this place is small and tight-knit. It reminds me of what Reddit used to be.

Sega following the runaway success of the Genesis in America has always seemed like a massive pile of failures and mistakes, which is a shame because they could’ve continued their momentum with the strong franchises and inherent ability for quality game production they possessed. I will never understand why 75% of the Saturn library was never localized, or why they thought the 32x was a good idea, even with context. Imagine what could’ve been had they decided to release the Saturn a full year before the PS1.
I’m surprised this hasn’t been posted already. Congrats to SummoningSalt, as usual.

They could try Miraheze. It’s a small nonprofit that doesn’t put any ads on the site.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to open a Reddit museum on the fediverse so people in the future can read the stories of broken arms, jolly ranchers, the Swamps of Dagobah, Streetlamp LeMoose, Kevin, and Rome Sweet Rome.

I didn't really think about it until just now, but I would totally get a new Sega console. They at least have the internal developers to make meaningful first party exclusives to justify getting one.

I find it pretty interesting watching how other countries do robot combat.

None of them. Mobile games seem to be designed specifically to take as much money from people as possible for as little effort as possible. It’s like NFTs if they actually worked.

It’s like the Game of Thrones of arena shooters. I’m gonna laugh if TF2 somehow outlives this. At this rate, the only thing people are gonna remember about this game in 10 years is the porn.

As of the end of this month, Reddit will have completed its transformation into yet another corporatist dumpster fire. There might be a few surviving communities after the fact, in the same way that the Atari Jaguar still had some games release after the death of the console.
It’s really something that I can browse by newest and actually read all the posts as they come in. I suppose this’ll be short-lived as more people come in, but I’m gonna take advantage of this while it lasts.

Reddit kinda stopped being fun at some point, and I didn’t even realize it until I came here. The lack of doomscrolling potential here is an added bonus.
