I use a combinations of Wallabag and Linkding to manage saved articles and bookmarks. Wallabag has a few rough edges, but does the job for later reading. On mobile, I use a 3P app like Fiery Feeds to provide a better UX that still interfaces with my Wallabag instance.

Domains was one of the few Google products I still used. Free WHOIS, simple/clean interface, no pushy upsells, and it took advantage of Google's scale.
Also interested in recommended alternatives. I saw Porkbun mentioned a few times on HackerNews. Prefer to avoid Cloudflare.

Done. Thank you for the reminder, and for modding this new home for selfhosted conversations.
I’m interested in setting up my own instances for Lemmy, Mastodon, and Matrix. Can I use the same https://domain.tld for all of them without any subdomains? For example: lemmyuser@mydomain.tld mastodonuser@mydomain.tld matrixuser@mydomain.tld Will this work across all of my self-hosted instances, or do I need to append a subdomain for each, e.g., lemmyuser@lemmy.mydomain.tld?
I'm a single user of a DS920+ that I use for the following: - Network file storage (PCs, Docker services, etc.) - Synology Drive - Jellyfin media storage (video and music) - HyperBackup and Snapshot Replication - Surveillance Station - Active Backup Primarily interested in noise reduction and speed increases. Is it worth spending on an SSD cache?
Would be nice to know just how much of a no-lifer I am. How do you check how many hours of Diablo IV have been played on PC? I can't find anything in Battle.net.

Started off putting it to sleep all the time, but would sometimes not play for a few days and find the battery drained. Switched to shutting it down most of the time, except for when I am out/traveling or know I will be picking it back up to play within the hour.
