SSD cache – when is it worth it?
I'm a single user of a DS920+ that I use for the following:
- Network file storage (PCs, Docker services, etc.)
- Synology Drive
- Jellyfin media storage (video and music)
- HyperBackup and Snapshot Replication
- Surveillance Station
- Active Backup
Primarily interested in noise reduction and speed increases. Is it worth spending on an SSD cache?
