    On phones? Maybe proton with their app? Its easier, though, to just disable ipv6 on your phone.

    Your vpn provider is only working with ipv4. Your phone has both ipv4 as well as ipv6 addresses. That's how....

    would anyone have the bandwidth to make a copy of the wiki available on /r/usenet?

    There are troves of interesting information on that wiki, including the maps. I'd think that would be amazing to keep alive. Does anyone even know how (and from where) they scrape data to keep it up to date?
