That is Kaby Lake and seems to support up to HEVC for decoding which might be enough for you
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Quick_Sync_Video#Hardware_decoding_and_encoding
For a bit of future proof you might want to check out something Tiger Lake or newer since it seems like they support AV1 decoding in hardware.

For archival purposes software encoding is always more efficient size wise.
I am also waiting for an Arc to arrive to plug into my jellyfin box.
Hardware encoding is fast yeah but wont save me disk space.

Still not sure whether I will upgrade to 9900x or 9700x from my 3700x
I'm recently:
- Doing a lot of av1 software encoding at low presets
- Not trusting yet of rocm future
So going harder on the stronger CPU rather than an expensive the GPU seems to be the answer for me. If I gamble on proper rocm support for some AI workloads and fail at least I could run some casual stuff using the CPU device.

Yeah, I have been eyeing upgrades to get avx512 anyway because lately I have been doing very heave very low preset av1 encodes but when they are a dick about it I just feel like postponing it.

Your connection is 40MB/s I assume
5e is capable of getting the full 1Gbps of my connection so I easily see over 90MB/s. That being said I bought a big 100m bulk years ago and have been clipping it myself with care.
If you were indeed using leftover/ free cables of cuestionable quality it indeed could be a reason for poor perfomance

I'm honestly in the market to build a new pc and leaving the one with my 7 3700X as a secondary.
Originally I was planning to get more cores but honestly staying at the lower wattage might be better.

Is it for security? I think is mostly recommended because your home router is likely to have a dynamic address.
This is in regards to opening a port for WG vs a tunnel to a VPS. Of course directly exposing nginx on your router is bad.

Arcane Euphoria: Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1).At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack, deals damage = 15% of unit's Atk (including when dealing damage with a Special triggered before combat), and reduces damage from foe's first attack by 30% during combat.

Claude and?
She brawls as a dragon
Kinda wild she goes before Tharja.
So we will probably get a trailer or feh channel with the new brave banner tonight featuring: - Soren - F!Corrin - M!Robin - Gullveig What type of outfits, weapons and movements are you expecting/hoping to see them with?
Ferdinand being the 4* demote and Tailtiu beng the TT freebie.
- Atk/Spd Catch - Bold Fighter
- Pirate Surtr (5*) - Pirate Tibarn (5*) - Easter Effie - Soleil - Subaki - Tatiana
- Bunny Est - Demote Echidna - Legendary Seliph - Base Ced - Base Mareeta - Mythic Freyja - Grail Travant
Becase Freyr basically nulls any stat gap I try to create at the start of each phase the only option is to setup the debuffs during a very aggressive player phase using Feint and Panic Smoke. Was a fun solution to figure out. I had to kill Guinivere finally for the NCD4 and a NY Reginn so Ninian would give more Atk buffs with Cross Spur Atk.
Are you planning on building any of these units?
Gacha was annoying and I spent 350 orbs for the +1, one of them being sparked. I got an spare Diamant and Brave Tiki for the Finish 4 and TP4 fodder so now she can precharge and continuously cycle Glacies. She still benefits a lot of TR scaling via Resistance buffs so ideally you would give her those via Tactics. This build of course doesn't exploit her potential and support spreading bonuses.
Heroes appearing in each story: - Diamant's story: Alfred and Alfonse - Lapis's story: Frederick - Alcryst's story: Leo and Takumi - Citrinne's story: Anna
With a Muspell attire!
Tomorrow we should be getting an announcement for the next resplendent. I would like maybe Clair, Rebecca, Soren or Cherche.
Tharja being the banner demote and Donnel the TT freebie.
- Ross: His Father's Son - Gerik: Desert Tiger - Chrom: Crowned Exalt - Idunn: Dragonkin Duo - Bramimond: The Enigma - Kempf: Conniving General - Perceval: Knightly Ideal
