Dishwashers and dish sets have complimenting standards. E.g.
Dishwasher rack is set A.
Dishes (plates, bowls, tupperware, etc.) Would advertise as "fitting rack sizes A,B, & D!"

I tried dvorak in 2008 and was using it for about 6 months. The thing that really tripped me was the keyboard shortcuts. I was just too used to the QWERTY setup. Did you have to overcome this, and if so, how?

Cody basically says it's just a video on climate change (which people are reluctant to watch) but to grab their attention, it's ACTUALLY a video TO Jordan - an idiot's idea of a smart person - about climate change.
I really like how he explains stuff. Looking forward to part 2.

If you don't already know a close crew of friends, I would suggest starting an Empty Nesters In Training group.
Get together once or twice a month or so, makes the transition easier for when your kid graduates HS for college.
And also good luck with the job!

I feel two ways about click bait and am open to having my mind changed.
- Frustrating the info isn't readily available because news should be free for the people, easy to access, and factual.
- Good journalism should be supported and takes effort, time, and money.

I've seen the term tankie thrown around a lot recently. Can you please define it? I'm not quite sure I understand.

Yep, and cooking is easier and safer (I don't need to worry about cross contamination)
Being vegan is way cheaper and that's not even accounting for the massive subsidies the meat and dairy industries get, from our taxes.

I was vegetarian when I worked there, very grateful as I probably would be dead of solid arteries after 3 weeks. I like that Ikea has vegan dogs, wish Costco had something similar.

Which post?
I'm not like one of those weirdos that just kills for no reason. I shot that dolphin right in its wet brain and I loved it. In fact, my pleasure from doing so was higher than my vegetarian friend's when they ate a whole block of cheese. Right now, there's $20k being offered for information about me, but I think that's dumb. I tried to go to the FBI with information about a trophy hunter and the local butcher, but the special agent said he wouldn't give me any money for that and they already knew about it. He did offer me a bacon-topped doughnut on the way out though! Edit, dang this is very different than Reddit's vcj.

Another millennial adding on:
- Bringing a sentient life into a world of suffering and climate change that will only worsen seems malicious to that life, at this point.
- My partner really doesn't want to go through the body changes that come with pregnancy.
Additional emphasis on #3, even if it didn't compromise safety, a healthy pregnancy is expensive! Healthcare from any complications is financially devastating.
Small aside that adoption is not off the table for us, but we're not financially comfortable to get a dog yet, which we've been saving for for a few years. One of us would need to get a huge raise to be able to afford the costs of adoption and raising of a human child.

Connects via wifi, easy to set up, and I haven't touched it since. Doesn't require cloud!

I think that's a question that every Jewish person would have a different answer to. For me, I'm an Atheist Jew; but religion is more than blind faith, it contains culture, values, and yes peoplehood. I like being part of a small and tight community, sharing ethical discussions and rituals with those in it.
Like most similar questions, yours comes down to semantics. How do you define religion? A people? My concern with questions like that is it can be interpreted by some maliciously. E.g. They're not a religion like us, they're a race and we must exterminate them.

Yes, but also that hating a government (or even just decisions of a government) doesn't extend to hating people across the globe who identify with the same religion that government is using to oppress people.

Rep. Dawn Gillman, R-Dassel, shot to prominence when she raised over $500,000 for a nonprofit called Let Them Play MN, which sued Gov. Tim Walz twice in an effort to keep high school athletes on the field, court and rink during a pandemic shutdown.
Republican raised half a million for a dumb "non-profit."
The nonprofit, however, has never filed IRS tax forms — known as 990s — and other required financial documents showing how it spent its donations. Let Them Play MN had its tax exempt status revoked by the IRS earlier this year for failing to file financial documents for three consecutive years. The federal government requires all tax exempt, nonprofit organizations to annually submit 990s and other filings for transparency and accountability, as they detail how nonprofits pay their employees and use donations to fulfill their stated mission. Without the documents, it’s unclear how Let Them Play MN spent its purported $500,000 in donations.
(bolding by me) So she got half a million, thought she'd just do her own thing, and didn't realize it would catch up with her?

Supporters and city officials say Summit Avenue — both the roadway itself, and the infrastructure underneath — is long overdue to be torn up and replaced. That rebuild, officials say, presents a golden opportunity to remake the boulevard to be more inviting to pedestrians and bicyclists.
But critics fear the bike lanes installation would force the city to remove too many trees, jeopardizing the canopy along the route. An organized opposition campaign has even sprung up; “Save Our Street” has raised nearly $30,000 and enlisted an attorney to thwart the plan.
Critics are using "tree loss" as a cover for "we don't like change and we're worried our property value will decrease."
We need more pedestrian and cycling infrastructure.

Carrots keep better than leafy greens, buy carrots. Tortillas keep better than bread, and they take up less space, but I recognize you don't need that.
- Carrot and hummus wrap
- Carrots dipped in: hummus, other bean dip, or peanut butter.
- Carrots and rice with a sauce on it. (this might be the most involved)
Additionally, if you're able: carrots can be grown with little effort. But you need the space.
Oatmeal is good and cheap. I agree apples or pears would be good with it. Try to get just whatever fruit or nuts are on sale for that.
Annie's makes a good vegan Mac and cheese.

I sent the article through Google Bard to summarize:
Antarctica just hit a record low in sea ice, with the annual maximum coverage being 398,000 square miles lower than the previous record low set in 1986. Scientists are concerned that this may be the beginning of a long-term trend of decline for Antarctic sea ice, since oceans are warming globally. Sea ice around the polar regions plays a critical part in protecting the adjacent ice sheets. Less sea ice means less sunlight will be reflected back to space, causing waters to warm more and destabilize surrounding ice and glaciers. Coastlines are also much more exposed with less sea ice, removing a buffer that could help protect melting ice shelves or ice sheets. Scientists have long seen these downward sea ice declines and effects in the Arctic, and now they think Antarctica is hitting a turning point much like the Arctic has. In just seven years, Antarctica has experienced three new record-breaking low sea ice summers. Antarctica has been showing responses to climate change in other ways as well. Antarctica and the Arctic are warming faster than the global average. Warmer ocean temperatures around the continent have caused major ice melt around the ice sheet, including destabilizing the Thwaites Glacier, which is about the size of Florida and contributes to 4 percent of annual global sea level rise. Moon said changes in how the ocean moves as well as the atmosphere have also become more apparent. Experts say that this is not great news, as polar ice is one of the world's biggest insurance policies against runaway climate change.
