Any forward progress is progress nonetheless. I agree with your frustration, however, I believe that regardless of this amendment, we have already reached the tipping point. Too much has come out and too many within the govt are aware.

Congressman Tim Burchett (TN-02) sits down with Ryan Graves, the first active-duty pilot to come forward to Congress about UAPs. Graves founded Americans for Safe Aerospace and hosts the popular "Merged" podcast.

How many non-human bodies were recovered?
"Leave it as double digit." -Grusch
Just dead, or also alive?
They came in, "various states and morphologies (size, shape and structure)." -Grusch
Any information on secret USG treaties with a non-human intelligence?
"Many believe that there was certainly, probably an aspect of the program that dealt with...active communication or interaction with a non-human intelligence." -Grusch

It'll be interesting to see if Dr. Kirkpatrick pulls a Dr. Hynek and does a full 180 of his views on The Phenomenon as soon as he steps down.
>Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, head of the U.S. Government's UAP office, recently made the following comment about David Grusch’s claims regarding recovered ET tech: > >"We are investigating each and every one of [Grusch’s claims & leads]. ... There are some bits of information that are turning out to be things and events that really happened." Transcript [here](https://www.defense.gov/News/Transcripts/Transcript/Article/3575588/aaro-director-dr-sean-kirkpatrick-holds-an-off-camera-media-roundtable/). Additional Tweet by Christopher Mellon. >As I’ve said before, David Grusch is genuine and sincere. Moreover, I’ve heard the same claim from a number of other serious and well-placed officials. I’m confident that Congress will find more reasons to take these profound claims seriously as they continue their investigation.

It's time to get answers...
>Wow! GO GO UFO! 🛸 An amendment passed today to get David Grusch into a SCIF with those he testified to in Congress (under oath) at the public UFO hearing... to spill the beans of the details he couldn't reveal in the open hearing. We're talking UFO programs and names, UFO holding locations, list of "hostile" and "non-hostile" witnesses... and about the non-human "biologics" (bodies). > >It's a meeting that's been blocked - but now it looks like it's gonna happen. it will undoubtedly lead to some subpoenas - which I think is good - for those who need that extra layer of protection to spill the beans and come clean about America's UFO exploitation and reverse engineering programs. I have some individuals in mind 😉 @RepEricBurlison > >GO GO UFO!!!

Unless Dr. Kirkpatrick shows some receipts, I will believe David Grusch. Does it even really matter though? Why can't he reach out now and communicate? He made a public statement that he is looking for individuals with information in regards to CR programs, so why not reach out to David Grusch now, unless it's all for show?
>I’m informed by AARO that they are making headway on a new, more transparent and appropriate UAP classification guide. Hopefully in the future DoD and the IC will be able to release more data and videos as @CBP recently did.
The Department of Defense Office of Inspector General is not responsible for determining the classification of the information in our oversight work, nor do we determine the level of security clearances for congressional leaders. The DoD OIG is committed to being as transparent and communicative as possible with our congressional leaders, and welcome any further opportunity to discuss our body of work.

Joe Khalil on X. >SCIF meeting with the Dept. Of Defense Inspector General happening this Thursday, 9am. Subject- UAP / UFO disclosure material David Grusch presented to authorities. > >@RepTimBurchett and @RepLuna both confirmed they will be in the room.
Two topics dominated UFO conversations this week… an underwhelming UFO report issued by the All-Domain Anomalies Resolution Office (AARO), and the astonishing revelations from former DIA intelligence analyst and UFO program manager Dr. James Lacatski. Lacatski's comments last week on WEAPONIZED generated strong reactions from the UFO public around the world. Jeremy and George sort out the impact of statements made by Lacatski and his co-author Dr. Colm Kelleher, and also take a deep dive into the new AARO report, why it failed to deliver what the public demands. As an added bonus, we resurrect an interview from the 1990's in which a legendary intelligence official candidly spoke about crash retrievals and reverse engineering programs.
Need to Know - Episode 45 - Same Old (UFO) Song — 10/23/23 Ross and Bryce catch up on several developments of the past few weeks, including the latest report from AARO. Ross calls out what he labels "completely disingenuous" statements by the agency's head, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, downplaying the UAP reports the agency reviewed in the 2023 US Government fiscal year. Ross calls the report "The Big Yawn." Ross and Bryce disagree on whether private aerospace firms, who've spent millions of their own dollars on crash retrieval, should be forced to turn any physical evidence over to the government. And Bryce reviews the high points of 1948, a banner year that saw dozens of credible UFO/UAP sightings.
>"Has anyone from AARO reached out to whistleblower David Grusch? The answer is 'no." No one from AARO, including its leader, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, has reached out to David Grusch, or his attorney, via any form of official communication. None. Zilch. Not an email, not a phone call, or even a message from a carrier pigeon. Absolutely nothing. It's crazy. > >"Instead, Kirkpatrick is going around Washington DC, or having his underlings do it, whispering that Grusch should visit him, in a way that's kind of reminiscent of that, you know, frankly, kind of shitty passive aggressive post on LinkedIn. So, think about it. One of the highest ranking former intelligence officials (Grusch) goes on national TV and testifies under oath to Congress about secret Pentagon UAP back-engineering programs, files whistleblower complaints, followed by dozens of other whistleblowers claiming the same thing. You have a former Pentagon program director (Dr. Jim Lacatski) on the record about super-secret legacy UAP programs. And Dr. Kirkpatrick doesn't bother to reach out to David Grusch, officially (laughs)? > >"I mean, you can't make this stuff up. It is pure incompetence, or is it something else? Is AARO, under Sean Kirkpatrick's leadership, intent on getting to the truth for both Congress and the American people? Can whistleblowers, Congress, and Americans trust AARO and its leadership? > >"Now, what I'm about to tell you is from a very high-ranking source. Very high-ranking, that has given us information that has always, always panned out. This information is significant, and, in my opinion, it demands a congressional investigation into AARO. So, everyone pay attention. > >"When AARO was established, Ronald Moultrie also established an advisory council called AAROEXEC, or AARO Executive Counsel, whose purpose was to provide oversight and guidance to AARO, and was headed by Ronald Moultrie himself. The existence of this advisory board...actually, it was nothing secret. Everybody knew about it on The Hill. Moultrie actually announced it in an official Pentagon memo that you can find on the internet. So Congress knew of its existence, and who sat on the council. There was nothing to hide." Jesse Michels probes UAPs, David Grusch's claims of ufology, venture capital, and the private investment tied to this all.
The largest acknowledged UFO investigation ever funded by the US government (AAWSAP) was overseen by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The two men who managed the overall objectives and the day to day operations of AAWSAP, veteran intelligence analyst and rocket scientist Dr. James Lacatski and his colleague Dr. Colm Kelleher, helped compile the most comprehensive UFO database ever assembled. Among those 200,000 UFO cases and incidents were some stunning, seemingly inexplicable demonstrations of technology that appeared far more advanced than anything known to exist on Earth. In this episode, Lacatski and Kelleher spill details about the physics and engineering of UFO technology and shared a blockbuster revelation about a mysterious craft of unknown origin.
