I get that, but also, it's always seemed like the purpose of the ring is to signify the state of being, so engagement ring to show the state of being engaged, wedding ring shows the state of being married, or wed, I guess it works both ways
Not a strongly held view by any means 😆

A man did this in London in 1810, but with everything - chimney sweeps, piano deliveries, priests, lawyers, coal carts, doctors, undertakers, the archbishop of Canterbury...
It brought the whole area to a standstill and the guy won a guinea in a bet and ran away to the countryside

On higher end ones maybe, but this works fine so idk - it's conceivable they both use the same internals just with a different battery mounting geometry
(for various reasons I needed to join a mismatched pair of 18v drill and battery, annoyed at how much fun it was) ![](https://startrek.website/pictrs/image/2757ee42-33bf-47f4-a62f-e9548e8bb33a.jpeg)

"Sexual" in this context just means relating to different sexes, it's not saying they're doing it to be sexually appealing (I hope at least)

So since Blynk have started paywalling more and more controls, and have finally reduced it to just a button and a slider... Does anyone know any alternative apps which do a similar thing? (Use case, I just want some kind of RGB colour space slider to update some lights on an Arduino, without having to pay a subscription for the privilege)
