I mean Sony’s remote firmware for its earbuds short circuited the battery for thousands if not millions of users. Supposedly newer batches used a battery that was like 0.1 volts higher, but the updated code didn’t detect whether the user had older batches. Well if the explosions happened all at the same time, there had to be some remote detonation mechanism. Either centrally, automatically, or with local agents physically near the attack sites. The hardware and/or software had to have been compromised in addition to planting the bomb.

Shop at casual pace. Be nice to the store employees but don't try to keep track of where they are (because it's obvious when you do).
If you need something that’s locked up, strike up a short convo with the employee. Like asking them where random items are. Preferably, something you know the direction of that’s in the opposite direction. This gives you a reason to disappear back into the crowd and appear to be checking another item off your shopping list, and you can circle back to the exit after a few minutes when the employee has forgotten about you. This only works if the item isn’t in one of the individual lock boxes. A big part of social engineering is looking normal and respectable and trustworthy. So maybe not ripped jeans or leather jackets or anything. Maybe business casual, work uniform, construction outfit, etc. Nothing too fancy like a 3 piece suit because that’ll stick out.

Most grocery stores will offer plastic bags at the groceries aisle for you to bag tomatoes, apples, etc. If you wrap them well enough, they won’t show up on the camera. If you get marked due to weight discrepancy, 99% of the time the front end worker probably has to watch 2-3 lanes bu themselves and don’t have time to play hero because 5 other people got their self checkout locked with false positives.

There are like a bazillion cameras covering every aisle in my local shop and I'm confused as to how not to get caught stuffing my bag full of stuff?
Perhaps the best way is to simply be hiding in plain site. Dress in a dirty, sweaty, construction outfit, rugged boots, hard hat, and most importantly, gloves and facemask. And just fill up your cart like normal and find a low traffic area that leads to the outside pathway (the area where people stand to wait for their families to pay for stuff, where the restrooms are located, etc.). You will likely find an empty register lane that’s blocked off by a simple magnet chain. Remove it, walk out, and casually walk out the store. (Not sure if applicable, but) If the greeter stops you for a receipt, you are not obligated to do anything, and you will only be lawfully detained by non law enforcement if you volunteer to comply.

I was expecting it to deviate from the Cold War satire of season 3 because they continued having the Soviets as a baddie, but they turned out to be the least sinister problem. I enjoyed the contrast between Will and Mike’s distant and faltering relationship with Dustin and Steve’s healthy and loving friendship, but I did wish they did a little more with the latter two. Joyce and Robin are cuties, as usual. For the most part, I liked how almost everyone had important tasks that contributed to the overall goal. Even when Mike’s crew or Joyce’s crew didn’t get screen time for a long time, I’m still reminded that their jobs are crucial. I wish they had done a little more with Yuri and the prison guard. Overall, it was alright. If they ever make a season 6, which they probably will because it’s a lucrative franchise, I hope they return to season 1’s conspiracy thriller vibe. Particularly, going back to the 60s and exploring the start of MKULTRA and Paperclip scientists, California cults that dabbled in LSD, and the CIA and FBI meddling of the Black Panthers. It would be funny to see Panthers using Maoist tactics to defeat the monsters.

I’m a sucker for slow and meticulous planning and organization in film and games despite being messy and disorganized in real life. Like 80% of the appeal of Stalker and Tarkov to me is having to deal with the bullshit inventory system, some of the early Rainbow Six games seem interesting because you plan much of the siege beforehand, and XCOM where you have to improvise when the plan inevitably fails. Secret service detail is entirely focused on moving the large son, they seem to have complete tunnel vision. The only SWAT guy is also point man and he seems to be doing cursory checks in his path (like there’s no way he can spot a threat in the crowds on each side of him). 4. The camera pans to the exit, and there’s still like 50 attendees around the area, a couple of local cops without weapons drawn just standing around like they’re waiting for a burger, and Trump’s detail is all focused on pushing his ass into the limo without really monitoring the surroundings I know they have snipers at the event, but how many? Surely not enough to monitor the entire crowd of thousands while a dozen or so people are entirely focused on a narrow path. I know bodyguards’ are primarily task with moving the VIP to safety, but why is no one telling anyone to move back or have more people guarding the path? In this video and others, you can see random photographers running right up to the security’s pathway to snap photos. Surely this is a potential threat during an assassination attempt
