Nonprofit acquires College Hill Plaza for $3.8M; CEO discusses plans for the future at site

CHCURC is working to help the existing businesses inside the plaza, including a day care that’s been there for decades. College Hill Plaza tenants also include a Family Dollar and City Gear. A portion of the property had served as the former Cincinnati Police District 5 headquarters.
