Lemmy fediverse has had exponential (?) growth in just one week

I joined just about a week ago, and it's crazy how much has changed in just one week. I went from seeing new posts every hour or so, to new posts pretty much every minute.

The only minor downside of this explosion (just personally), is it seems like my posts and comments are getting less discourse than last week, but for some reason, I'm not too discouraged and finding myself posting more than I ever did on Reddit.

I'm hoping the communities stick around even with the Reddit blackouts ending.
