Teenagers!
I'm so tired of my US History class. We're approaching WW1, and my teacher is talking about communism. Firstly, he's a hardcore liberal, but oh my goodness for him to teach AP, he doesn't even SOUND like he knows what he's talking about. His articulation and the way he talks, along with his word choice just shows he doesn't know shit about communism. Today he was talking about communism and I told him "communism is a moneyless, stateless, classless society." Then he said "no, communism is where EVERYTHING is equal." Then I proceeded to tell him that there's different types of communist ideologies apart from the one he's talking about, such as Anarcho-communism who believe that "true" communism is accomplished by dictatorship of the proletariat, however without a class and state. He ignored that then went back to his flawed point where communism is where "everything is equal" and that the "government controls everything, not a market." Then he proceeded to ask the class "What if I graded you all like a communist? Everyone in here would have a B." And everyone was like "OH NO NO NO!!" It's just so ugh... He sounds so dumb it pisses me off, and the students just gobble that bullshit up, which pisses me off even more.
I have high-functioning autism, just before we begin. And have been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. Saying all this so it all makes sense. Anyway, so I was just minding my own business, and there was this one kid who was saying ableist things about me and this other kid. Saying things like that I should be segregated and should only be washing the dishes. Some time before, he also screamed loudly that he wanted me to die. Stuff like this makes me unbelievably angry. 1. People like this need to take anger management classes. 2. Ableism must be eradicated from this planet, people who speak ableist things and do ableist actions must be oppressed like every other bigot. The alternative is violence being done against marginalized groups by fascistic bastards.

I 16F am a junior looking into electrical engineering. What should I be prepared for and look forward to? My recent post was on college in general, but now I want to be a bit specific on the degree part. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you! :'))
I (16F) am looking into going to a 4 year college, but have no idea where to start. I'm currently looking on how to choose a college, but what else should I prepared for? Scholarships, tours, etc. BTW I'm in the USA

I’ve just received my schedule for the upcoming school year, and one of my listed classes was “Early Childhood”. I did not choose this as one of my electives; I’m not sure where it came from. I intend to speak with my counselor and get it changed, but I’m unsure if it’s required or not. I don’t want to waste my time changing a class that I’ll have to take eventually.
Never had a job before in my life, what is to be expected, and what advice do you have? Especially as a Marxist in a capitalist environment. How can I survive?
Don't be shy, tell us about yourself! :D I remember my days of middle school. It was really quick, especially because of COVID. 8th grade ended early. First two years did feel a bit slow though. What were your experiences in Middle school?

It's a teenage communists worst nightmare. Here are my classes AP US History Prep Journaling 201-202 Accounting I Chemistry I (want to change to biology 2) AP US History Algebra 2 Journaling (Idk what's to be filled in here, hopefully different) Honors English 3 (Very liberal "independent/moderate" teacher.) My classes are full of liberals. I cannot stand it, literally. They're deep in capitalism too. One of the assistant principals came in to talk to us about stocks... I mean, he just randomly bust in there. My journaling teacher thinks the political spectrum is only "conservative and liberal." He's on the right side of conservative. And you know US History has bullshit. The English 3 teacher is mostly red but he claims to be independent. He loves to talk about his liberal beliefs. He's like "Why can't they elect a good president for once!!! The only one I thought was good was McCain!!" Oh... It's just a mess... I thought about it later on in the day... Why am I taking these hard classes if I'm not staying in college? I'm gonna get a trade job, no matter how hard the work is. Anything but somewhere hurting my brain. I can ignore the liberal bullshit but man it's the people... And we have to have discussions, oh god... Besides, I'm not going to a top college, so no need to be taking all these hard classes and doing all this work. I'm only staying for maybe two years. I just don't know at the moment honestly... I don't wanna go to college, but I wanna use it as a way to be free, but if I leave mid-term I wanna be able to leave without any liabilities.
I walked into a store and the owner's cat came running to me meowing! I swear she was saying "hello!" It was the cutest thing ever! She kept following me around and meowing! During checkout I ended up petting her and asking the owner how old the cat was. She's 15 years old! Well a couple hours later I'm having an allergic reaction! 😢Well, the runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing was worth it!
As an introvert, it's so hard to have two on one conversations. I can only focus on one person, and feel bad when I'm not giving the other person enough attention. I just do better in one on one than group conversations. Anyone else feel the same? How can I overcome this?
I've had a crush on a girl for months now. I don't know why. I just saw her out of no where and thought, "she's really pretty." Now I notice her more than anyone else!! Help!! I don't want any crushes because I have important things to focus on, but I can't help but think about her. I find myself fantasizing about hanging out with her and had many dreams about her. And the fact that we made eye contact quite a lot and her appearing out of no where in school did not help at all!!! 😭😭😭 I've tried not thinking about her, avoid seeing her, pretending I hate her, pretending she hates me, and even MANIFESTING my feelings to go away. (Which worked for three days 😥) I even tried looking at her more to **desensitize** myself!! Wanna know what made my feelings come back? The freaking eye contact!! As a loner, any attractive person giving me eye contact makes my heart jump. Especially her!!! And it's really hard because love songs make me think about her 😭😭 Yeah yeah I know I should talk to her... but it's hard to bring myself to :(( There's so many issues. I'm introverted, and I would break down trying to talk to her. Her friends are not someone I would hang around, they kind of give toxic vibes, and I noticed myself being attracted to toxic type of girls, and it happened many times before. Maybe it's because I come from a toxic household? I don't know :( Anyways TL;DR I have a hopeless crush on someone, don't want the feelings because I have more important things to tend to, but these feelings are getting in the way of my thinking and I just think I don't need those feelings!! Help please 😥 I know I can't run from feelings, I wish I could 😔 One day I think I'm close to the exit, and then boom, the exit pulls further away from me :(
