Reconfiguring Keychron V3 Max's F3 key to send the same signal my old K2 did

On my just departed [Keychron K2](https://www.keychron.com/products/keychron-k2-non-backlight-wireless-mechanical-keyboard?variant=39627685003353), the default Mac-specific key set supported the special functions of the F3 key for both iOS and macOS but not - if I recall correctly - on iPadOS. Those special functions being Mission Control on macOS and triggering the App Switching view on iOS. Though I very much appreciate the theory and sentiment behind supporting open-source customizable layouts in the design of the keyboard I've replaced that one with (**[Keychron V3 Max with knob](https://www.keychron.com/products/keychron-v3-max-qmk-via-wireless-custom-mechanical-keyboard)**,) so far, the latter has been significantly less functional for me. *Just focusing on F3 key to start* As it came by default, the V3's F3 key is labeled as Mission Control and appears to be mapped to the special Mission Control function in Via. On macOS, this appears to be true. However, it does not appear to be sending the same signal as the K2 was, because the V3 in the same configuration does *not* trigger the App Switching view on iPhone. Unfortunately, I think I was dosing off having left videos about this topic play in the background the other night, so I'm not entirely sure, but I thought I heard whoever was reviewing a K2 suggest that - unlike the V3, now - the K2 "fooled" Apple devices into "thinking it was an apple magic keyboard." Is there any truth to that differentiation? Is that the direction I should go in pursuit of figuring out how to get the F3's special function working on my iPhone, iPad, and macOS without needing a remap? But ultimately the most specific/consequential question: **is there a way I can configure my V3 Max to send *precisely* the same signals from F3 was my K2 was?** Thanks for your time!

What search term to use for "fat" keycaps?

I'm looking for "fat"? keycaps similar to what Matias uses for Esc, Ctrl, Option, Cmd and Space keys on their [ErgoPro](http://www.matias.ca/ergopro/programmable/). What search term should I use to find similar keycaps? I've tried "tall", "fat", "oversized", "big", etc., but I only find extra wide (in the X direction) or extra tall (in the Z direction) rather than in the Y direction. Any help welcome.

Akko 5057 + Outemu blue switches + XDA keycaps

I forced myself to get used to an ortholinear 40%. But still nowadays staggered keyboards feel more familiar. Now I'm using this. I'm not a fast typer so the feelings are more important that words per minute. I did succeed in get used to us-int layout. So, I don't struggle searching for spanish keycaps. I can ñ-post with keycaps easier to find.

[Rant] What happened to the UK ISO layout on dedicated keyboards?

Bit of a rant, but what happened for UK sellers to stop providing support for UK-ISO layouts? At best, you get a bastardised version of the UK layout wherein the usual US layout is preserved (' and " sharing a key, 3 and #, 2 and @) and then the a £ symbol being slapped onto the 3 key to share with #, which is just plain fiddly to use. Sure, I could just replace the keycaps in question, but keycap sellers are just as bad. At best, I've found someone willing to print on UK layout legends onto keys that have already been printed in another (usually US) layout. That, or I get custom caps printed in mismatched colours, profiles, etc. to the ones I already have, which is just as annoying at best, or impossible at worst. It's a first world problem, sure, but the UK ISO layout seems to be utterly dominant in the laptop space that it frustrates me that keyboards aren't shown the same kind of basic attention. I don't even care about the damn £! I just want my other keys to not be hidden behind weird key combos!!
