Why is it allowed? It seems dangerous for drivers and pedestrians Are there plans to phase it out? Japan outlaws on-street parking under the logic that it's using public space to house private property.

Three North Koreans want to tell the world about the situation in the country. They expose, for the first time, the disaster unfolding there since the government sealed the borders more than three years ago starvation, brutal crackdowns and no chance to escape. Under the tyrannical rule of Kim Jong Un, North Koreans are forbidden from making contact with the outside world. Someone made an documentary about North Korean Defectors. A short independent documentary on the world of defectors and South Korean Intelligence (National Intelligence Service, formerly known as the KCIA). The film was made by PSL member David Yun during the month he spent in South Korea in the summer of 2018. What are your thoughts on this?
