Your browser history isn't filled with Voyager.
Other than that, nothing much.

There's a bunch of Lemmy apps for android removed Liftoff, Connect, Summit, Lemming, Thunder, and Jerboa itself. Sync for Lemmy and Boost for Lemmy are on their way too.

When someone belittles another person for their lack of knowledge.
Just fucking teach the person what's right, you don't have to mock them for being wrong.

A wonderful read. Loved every moment of it.
Patiently waiting for Bookshops and Bonedust now.
A nest with two hatchlings and an egg. I have no clue on what the bird is, but, this is probably the best image I've seen so far. Life is beautiful. My friend took this photo in rural Nepal. So, all credits go to him.

Been testing a lot of lemmy apps lately and Lemming is one of the good ones.
I really enjoy the swipe to upvote/downvote animation. It's unique and fun to watch.
I hope you add the download image feature in the upcoming updates. That would be nice.
Also, a search bar at the top would be a good addition to the existing explore page.

Hey, this probably sounds stupid but how does one subscribe to communities on the summit app? I looked around but couldn't find any menu that had the subscribe button. And where's the settings menu? I can't find that either.

I did that and now any communities I had subscribed to that are outside of lemmy.world say I'm unsubscribed to them. Any workarounds?

I hope this gets addressed in the next update. I want to switch from Jerboa as I don't like the UI but this bug is actually making Liftoff unusable.

A fellow glaciology fan.
I too like glaciers and glacial structures,, but I'm more into glacial lakes and GLOFs in particular.

I would recommend taking a look in the second hand market. You'll find great deals there.
As for the device itself, I think a Lenovo Thinkpad would be the best option for your needs.
I personally use a $200 Thinkpad T480 i found on eBay. Has 8th gen i5 processor, 16 GB memory, and 256 GB storage on an SSD.

Experiences are subjective, so, take this with a grain of salt.
I like Sync better than RIF, Narwhal, Boost, Slide, Bacon Reader, Joey, and the official app.
The customizability in Sync is immense and the UI is the best for a mobile reddit app.

A full physical QWERTY keypad on my 3rd hand Blackberry Bold (in 2013) was the best thing I had seen on a cell phone. I wish full physical QWERTY keyboards would make a comeback.

As a recent lemmy convert from reddit who exclusively used Sync, this made my day. Thanks for the news.
