Computershare removed my PLAN 0.0 completely

At around April 25th, I called Computershare to sold my dingleberry, and disabled PALN and DRIP completely. Two days later, I found out that I still have PLAN 0.0 share in my account, so I called them again. I asked them to remove this 0 plan from my account because it made me uncomfortable, they told me it's fine but I insist, so the clerk created a work order to remove it from my account. I got the work order number but then forgot about it because the clerk also said it's not guaranteed.
