I am not sure how this works but is the bottleneck with maximizing single lot home is at the home design plan? Donno anything about home construction but as mentioned in the article, most people with single lot home are seniors. I would suspect the problem for them is finding a contractor that they can trust or how to get funds.

Yeah, tried it a few years ago. It was fun, some are hard but explored areas which I probably wouldn't have paid any attention to.

Because of this post, I took a look at the budget report. One of the things they mention rolling out is a AI-centric AP system. Nowadays everything that has to do with technology needs to have the word AI in it My guess what most of this system would do is automate tasks to minimize error. I doubt generative AI is a good investment for an AP system.

True. In your example, that makes sense. In cases where like newspaper/ journalism that earns ads revenue when ppl visit their articles, they will eventually lose those ads revenue when Gemini answers everything. But as u said, if they don't let google to crawl, they lose ads revenue now. Tough choice.

That is interesting. I can see how to deliver a strong check without jumping if skating forward. With using your back to check, unless a very strong back skater, a jump backward is almost a must to deliver a strong check.
So, its one of those plays that gives the zebras a chance to make a call.
How can he even link it to charging. Amazing.

If I were a content creator, why would I still need to let Google crawl my site. It probably won't bring any traffic to my site.

In the middle of the article,
“If we were able to get to that bear when (it) was much smaller, there’s a chance that this bear would have never actually developed such a behaviour to the point where it feels comfortable enough breaking into something as large as a home.”>
That sounds weird. Even if we assume, the city can relocate all cubs to the wild. They are wild animals, they move and grow. One will eventually be back into the city.

I always assumed the city has a department to check these apartments once every X years to make sure they arent violating building safety laws. Considering so many families/lifes depend on it. Guess not then.

They doing the Pathers of last year. Barely made it to the playoffs and boom ... Stanley cup finals.

This is great. It would be more fun if both need that extra point and both pull their goalies.

Ditto. I wrote them off half way thru the 3rd. The Zadorov dash (from our end to their end) was fun. He is a much better skater that I thought he would be when we first got him.

Oilers - McDavid is really fun to watch
Vegas - This one is hard. Only watched your game on tv but it seems like you have great atmosphere at the game.

Thanks for these terms. One problem with google is how they always end up with big name domains and they basically use the same terms. And I need these terms you used so I can search in more depth. Thanks again.

Thanks for the info. Lol I am defn not audiophile so maybe your collegues and your preferences suit me more.
One thing I read in forums is that each headphone has different profile (not sure if its the right word) so it really depends on the personal taste. But hopefully these reviews help me narrow down a few so I can find a store to try them out.

Nice, this is very similar to the Consumer report. Its good to read reviews from different countries. I think its more likely they would focus on companies in their region. I used to read UK T3, they show more european brands.

Thanks. Totally forgot about them.
Very good point. And with this ads/google revenue model, it's SEO skills that makes money instead of good skill to write a meaningful review.

Kind of related question - any suggestions what to use if I want to skip this problem? I was looking for some headphones earlier and as explained in the article, most sites point to the same brands. I finally got to see some different brands/models and users reviews from forum group. The problem is I found those forums from Google... so any suggestions what I can try without being stuck in this google SEO vortex?

100% agreed. I just hope whatever this AI they are thinking isnt about what info I should consume. What the AI think is good doesnt mean its the only info I should consume.

I wonder how the businesses around there are doing. If the area is getting worse, those restaurants and shops probably need to move out which makes the area even more abandon.

But will miss Kuz. His random quotes during interviewa are fun.

I kind of want the lotto line to break up. Once in the playoffs, i think having 4 lines hockey is better and more dynamic approch. Hopefully Lindholm can free up petey for more offense and that line can find some success.
Is Lindholm a playoff type of players which he has another gear during playoff? I just know he was killing it when Tkuchuk and Gudreau were on his wingers.

Sigh, is it really that hard to ban repeat offenders from playing a sport that should be for professional. Sure if somehow a random league wants repeat offender as the image of the league, fair enough. so be it.
But a provincial league?

Thanks all for the info. Sounds like city should be ok but not outside the city areas. I gave them a call and apparently I can do a 15day trial before comitting. I will probably give that a try before porting my current # over.
Just saw some of their plans and the price is really competitive. Just wondering if any Freedom users here and how is your experience with them. Read some reviews on reddit but they are few months old and things change in a few months.

Yeah with the lotto line back together, the 2nd line is basically duct taped 2nd line. They arent doing much.
Just heard it during the intermission. Trading a 4M cap 3rd line player and get a 5th round back. Not bad at all GMPA.
Missed the game. But saw the win and we played with the opening nite lineup. Did we play good or its more the oilers playing bad?
