If only the situation were even that "good" for Palestine. It's been an occupied territory by Isreal for years - long before last Oct. There already are "border fences" - Gaza has been under blockade by Isreal for at least 2 decades, restricting any movement of Palestinians. I recommend having a look at a map to see just how dire the situation is for Palestine when they have Isreal right in the middle and all around simultaneously.
Palestine isn't even recognized as a country by several, including - conveniently - Isreal and the US.
So, neither of those proposed alternatives would really be a good argument to Israel I'm afraid.

Do people try to contact coinbase for reasons other than "my 2FA doesn't work anymore and I'm locked out of my account"? My only exposure to people trying to get help for it was while I worked for a common 2fa company, but you can't really blame them if you didn't save backup codes before getting a new device...

I've gotta rep one of my all time favorite party games to this day (ported to PC) Worms Armageddon. They've had several sequels, but I believe that was the last one to use that particular physics engine, and every game since has just felt a bit... Hollow?
Also +1 to Paper Mario - S-Tier RPG, best of the whole series IMHO, tho the GameCube sequel TTYD is deserving of a very close second. I wish so bad they'd make a return to badges and acquiring new buddies and buddy upgrades throughout the game. The oragami king battle mechanics did not do it for me, and with it being the core mechanic of the game just soured my whole experience despite the rest of the game being pretty solid.

Spot on with Perfect Dark. It's one fault imo is that it was trying to do almost too much for the 64. Even as an expansion pak game, the graphics that the 64 was capable of could just not render the necessary detail for a lot of stuff to be easy to see/recognize.

I've heard there have been studies that indicate that in some part modern allergies are our bodies directing an evolved immune response that we once needed for all the parasites we constantly carried. They gave parasites to people that had certain food allergies and suddenly their food allergies were just straight up gone.

Yeah, I hate this rhetoric in general of "this is how it has to be done, we never deviate from the way we've always done it".
Cause the status quo has just been great, hasn't it everyone? What "worked" in all previous instances of less than 50 presidencies over the span of almost 250 years will surely continue to work in every context of the modern and future eras. Surely.

Imagine unironically using the words "good thing" to describe a number of civilian casualties above 0, let alone above half of total casualties.
That's wild man.
Civilian casualties of war aren't just a statistic. Those are real people that just wanted to live happy lives. Less than 1% of any number over 100 is a number I'm not happy about, and anyone with a heart should be furious about the number of civilians dying in Gaza. Especially when those numbers are such a high percentage. If you can't fight a war without that kind of casualty count, then you either don't fight the war or you accept that what you are doing is a genocide, not a war. IDF has very clearly made their choice on this.

How much of that is because there just aren't as many left for them to kill? If they started out at non-combatant numbers above SIXTY PERCENT that means they were killing more women and children than anyone else...
Eventually that pesky problem of killing non-combatants just fixes itself when there's none left to kill, doesn't it?

Drafts are done [“rotisserie”-style](https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Rotisserie_Draft), then matches are scheduled throughout the following weeks to determine **THE CHAMPION**. After **The Championship** match, cards that were drafted become harder to retain in the next draft, the next ***Magic*** set is added to the draft pool, and players draft again from the new pool of cards. As the pool of cards evolves over time, the rules of the game may evolve as well. In **The Off Season** between **The Championship** match and the following draft, players will vote to enact new rules to **The Draft** or to the game itself. *Why is it called a “cube”*? [“Cube”](https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Cube_Draft) is a [limited format](https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Limited) that is typically curated by a single person choosing what cards are in the environment. In **The Dynasty Cube**, curation will occur as a product of how The Teams interact with the cards, combined with new sets being introduced each **Season**. *Teams? Isn’t* ***Magic*** *usually a 1v1 game?* In **The Dynasty Cube** participants are separated into one of 8 **Teams** of their choice. **Teams** can contain any number of members, however only one **Pilot** is designated to play a given match for that team. **Teams** will also designate a **Captain** who is the sole arbiter of any decisions made by that **Team** between matches, such as draft picks, trades, and league votes. It is expected - but not necessary - that a **Team’s Captain** consults their members to determine what decisions will be made. **The Dynasty Cube** as a concept was heavily influenced by Fantasy Football and [Blaseball](https://blaseball.com), which sadly ended last year. Anyone familiar with Blaseball will notice some similarities as **The League** progresses. If you want to find out more or are interested in participating, [ join the Discord!](https://discord.gg/9cfVJF4yrt)
Introducing [The Dynasty Cube](https://cubecobra.com/cube/overview/60425496cc663c10639c54b3) The Dynasty Cube is a long-form draft league that allows you to draft through the history of Magic in the format of a fantasy sports dynasty league. At the moment, I've just finished spinning up a Discord server to host and manage the league through - if anyone is interested in being sent an invite link, please DM me! Here are some of the finer details of how the league works: Drafts are done in a "season" - a draft plus all matches for a given draft. Teams are allotted a certain number of "points" to spend on the cards they draft to build their deck for the season. Each card starts with a point value that goes up each time it is drafted or kept into another season, or loses points if it's never drafted. After the draft, players may also make trades with other players. Card values do not change with trades, and both cards and future draft picks may be traded. After completing a draft season, each player may designate any number of cards from their pool as "keepers". In the next draft, keepers will be automatically drafted for that team rather than being available to the other teams. The current list includes most draft-worthy cards from Alpha through Legends. Each season, the next chronological set/product will be added to the pool for the next draft, excluding cards that are deemed problematic to the format. If adding this set does not add a sufficient number of cards that 8 players can draft 45 cards (360 cards available worth no more than 1 point), the next set/product will also be added to the pool.

Also, fuck right off with "ensure a safe environment", where was that when you told Joost you would respect his wish to be alone after his performance because of how emotional he knew he would be? You let someone who communicated just how vulnerable they were going to be in that moment get ambushed by a camera person that you had assured would not be there.

So fucked up that this dude is probably getting criminally charged for being justifiably pissed off that his very clear "leave me alone after my performance" request was first agreed to, then completely ignored.

Good riddance.
The fantasy football season is freshly over and while most keeper leagues don't require any keeper designations for at least a few months, I'd love to get some conversation started on who everyone is thinking about keeping in their leagues. Make sure to provide enough context to your comment: Number of teams in your league Roster size/customization (superflex, no kicker, 3 WR, etc) Number of keeper players per team What it costs you to keep a given player into the 2024 season and beyond Any rules unique to how your league treats keepers
It's my first automatic watch. Had been working great until a few months ago, now it seems to struggle to keep a charge and occasionally sticks even when it should still have a charge. Need to find a place to take it in, sadly I've now moved from London to Chicago or I'd have just brought it back to the seller.
