Also unser Kind (ein Neugeborenes wohlgemerkt) bekommt Kümmelzäpfchen bei Unruhe. Allerdings nicht bei jeder Unruhe. Wenn sie ein paar Tage kein Stuhlgang hatte, dann nehmen wir an, dass sie Bauchkrämpfe hat, die halt weh tun. Das Zäpfchen, dann weniger wegen des Kümmels, sondern tatsächlich wegen, so verwegen sich das auch anhören mag, des Objekts im Anus. Da wird sie dann etwas entspannter und häufig kommt das Geschäft dann auch bald. Könnte theoretisch also auch ein Fieberthermometer sein, das wir ihr ne Stunde manuel hinhalten, oder das homöopathische Zäpfchen, dass seine Aufgabe als Objekt im Anus erfüllt und sich nach einer Weile auflöst.
Warum es allerdings als homöopathisch gekennzeichnet werden muss, falls dieser Zweck beabsichtigt ist, erschließt sich mir nicht.

Seine Entscheidung auf lediglich einem Wahlprogramm zu basieren ist ohnehin der falsche Ansatz. Wie viel von dem, was im Koalitionsvertrag vereinbart wurde, oder dem, was in dem Wahlprogramm deiner letzten Wahl stand, ist wirklich passiert?
Man sollte sich die einzelnen Politiker anschauen und deren vergangenen Taten beurteilen, sprich die Entscheidung darauf basieren.
Aber wer bitteschön hat denn dafür Zeit?
Zu dem Leben, der Arbeit und den Katzen kommen bei mir noch ein Neugeborenes und ein Umzug dazu. Die Zeit, die ich mir ergattern kann, stecke ich in psychische Erholung, sonst dreh ich völlig am Rad. Ich denke, dass das eines der größten Probleme der zivilisierten Menschheit ist. Keine Zeit für korrekte Meinungsbildung.

Also da muss ich hinter dir stehen. Natürlich muss man auch an die Vermögenden heran, wie wir es in der Geschichte schon immer mussten. Diese Gehälter finde ich allerdings auch überzogen und geredet wird darüber nicht wirklich. Im Jung und Naiv Podcast wird ab und zu mal über so etwas geredet. Dort scheint unsere Meinung aber schon allgemeiner Konsens zu sein, also ist das Thema eher schon abgehakt.

Du hast ja recht, dass es erstmal kein Problem sein sollte. Allerdings wird solche Technologie dafür erfunden uns weiter zu bringen und uns unseren Alltag bequemer zu machen. Der Sinn eines smarten Bidets ist es sich nicht mehr mit der Hand an den Hintern fassen zu müssen.

Moin allerseits :) Nach meiner Exkursion nach Korea und meines Bestaunens der dortigen smarten Bidets, und wie sie alle auf deutsch heißen, haben wir uns in unserer eigenen Wohnung, mangels Anschlussmöglichkeiten, mit verschiedenen Alternativen zu beglücken versucht: Feuchttücher, manuelle Popoduschen, Bidet-Duschstrahler. Nun ziehen wir um und möchten einen vollautomatischen Sitz in unserem Bad. Nicht nur die Dusche und Badewanne soll die Funktion des Säuberns haben, sondern auch die Toilette. Wir haben eine Steckdose relativ nah an dem WC, allerdings ist der Wasseranschluss in der Wand. Wir benötigen also ein Dusch-WC mit Wassertank. Außerdem eine austauschbare Düse und einen Heizlüfter. Über die tatsächlichen Vorteile verschiedener Reinigungsprogramme sind wir uns noch nicht bewusst. Habt ihr Empfehlungen für Dusch-WCs? Verlässliche Produkttests habe ich nicht gefunden. Nur von Amazon-Bewertungen möchte ich meine Kaufentscheidung nicht abhängig machen. Vielen lieben Dank meine sauberen Freunde :*

This time I'm using a slightly more complicated pattern, but tbh unfortunately not a pattern that I had to learn anew. For the lantern frame I'm using American Nutwood. At least that is what we call it here in Germany. I don't know which kind of nut exactly that is. The color is brown, obviously. It also shimmers purple when the light is right.

Das Durchhaltevermögen weiterhin 40 Stunden zu arbeiten ohne zu wissen, ob es denn mit dem Ersparten überhaupt irgendwann mit der Eigentumswohnung oder Haus klappt, habe ich mittlerweile nicht mehr. Oder sollte ich ein Haus auf Pump kaufen mit einem Zinssatz von 5%, 1% Tilgung und 40 Jahren bis der Kredit angezahlt ist (grobe Zahlen)? Ich glaube das ist mit auch zu vage und unsicher.

I'm looking for learning resources on this. All I have found so far was centered around player-hosted multiplayer games, which is not what I'm looking for. Think about Diablo or Path of Exile where they have one or multiple servers managing the game and players. That is what I'm looking to learn doing. I think more precisely: - database synchronisation - client synchronisation - interpolation for movement/effects - delta compression - server-side game state management Game-wise, I'm looking to develop a multiplayer platformer. I already bought and listened to all 14 books on Audible in English, but my wife wants to listen to them in German. Last evening my wife requested a smoked pepper sausage. This was to be her first after her pregnancy – awaiting true delight. Unfortunately, by the time the sausage was delivered, my wife had to cater our child. In my haste, no other container was to be found. Hence, I herewith present to you: The sausage in the glass. I decided to display the scene in black and white. This allows the viewer to disregard the possibly distracting green shades of the glass' stripes and brownish yellow of the oak coffee table. In turn, he or she may concentrate more on the story behind this unique setting. Also, lightning was pretty shtty and I had difficulties dealing with the shadow on the floor and wall. However, the shadow tells a different story. While the sausage and the accompanying feeling of delight are obvious, the implications on mother nature are not to be missed. The shadow of the sausage draws an exceptional shape on the wall – a tsunami rolling over the edge of the table, to be flooding and destroying the foundation of our lives. The tsunami could display the gruesome and biologically unnerving methods involved in raising such sausage and the aftereffects of those on our beloved mother nature. You can see that as bland and boring as this picture looks, the story behind can be quite intriguing. I'm waiting for your professional nonsense and hopefully more intriguing descriptions or Interpretations.

The Kumiko lamp is finally finished. It took the longest time to wait for the arrival of the power cable, light and light socket (e14). I like it so much that I will probably make it again for myself, haha.    
As the title suggests, the larger gaps are to be filled with Kumiko. The smaller gaps will be left empty. I though about a simple pattern as in the demo lantern on the right [in this picture](https://feddit.de/pictrs/image/94f424c1-a9dd-44ab-94cd-c2ceccbfda4e.jpeg). Do you have other ideas? All I can currently do with my mitre saw are square patterns. Cannot do triangles, unfortunately.
Made this little box for the [box contest](https://lemmy.ca/post/2849758) that ends in two days. Used some scrap wood I had. This is my first box made with my mitre saw in our cellar. Had to hand sand all of this 😬 ouch hands.  
Hey there :) first post here and first bench I made. Kept it very simple, because I don't have many or professional tools to work with. I ordered 4x4cm square bars and 3x3 cm round bars online. I then cut them to size and shape on my mitre saw and drilled holes into the legs with my father in law's stationary drill. Then I dry and wet sanded everything and glued it all together, followed by doing the danish cord pattern. I will use it as a replacement for the Ikea pillow that I use to put my feet on when working. We have two cats in the house and already two days after vacuum cleaning the pillow is full of fur again. I hope the bench will last longer. Not sure about the top though. I'm not a professional woodworker and found only few detailed tutorials on YouTube or elsewhere on danish cord, so if you have any advice, especially on making the bottom more pretty or "cable management", then please! Also, would this bench be possible with thinner square or round bars?
