That was my point, people pay no attention to where post was posted and just blindly downvote as I mentioned. The title clearly says that it's a minecraft retroscpect as well. It just pains me how the post was almost killed by multiple initial downvotes because I didn't summarize the entire video for them in the title. People constantly point out how people have too short of an attention span to actually read an article and just read the titles instead and the same happened to video just now. I'm not going to summarize the video in short digestible format and kill all the depth it had to it to cater to needs of people that don't care about the topic in the first place. This is why I said that it sucks to post to niche communities. And I'm not disappointed because "how dare people downvote me!" but because I've noticed how posts to niche communities that aren't catered to people outside the communities (aka mainstream) often get downvoted because they make no sense to the outside viewer. I'm sad because it kills those niche posts which lemmy desperately needs. This happens to any form of content, videos, articles, memes, etc. I don't believe that the video format here is the problem here like the others point out because of what I just described. I'm trying to look at the bigger picture but to people that just quickly pass through the post miss what I'm trying to point out and to them it seems shallow "oh no, downvotes!" which also doesn't help. I feel like the people straight up ignored any points rised in my comments simply because I pointed out the problematic downvotes which is a reflex that comes from other posts where trolls rightfully got the downvotes they're complaining about. I believe lemmy has a problem and I don't want to ignore it but I have no power to change anything anyway and it makes it all even more disappointing despite lemmy being a great thing for me and many other people.

This is how I got introduced to this and it made me realise some things. If people have better materials then they should share them instead and not reject the topic completely. Especially on a niche community that hasn't seen any posts in over 2 months.

Gotta love how people (very probably from outside community) blindly downvote the post despite it being relevant to the community. Lemmy genuinely sucks in that regard because it makes it hard to engage with niche communities...

No, this can happen in vanilla game. It's just that the mod is the only source describing the mechanic that I'm aware of.

What did it say?

I'm not sure how accurate this info from the modder is but this is how he describes it under his mod:
Experienced players can predict that the pipes will always malfunction 2 or 3 times, first time around 35%, second time around 70%, and maybe a third time after 90%. Generally, it's every 50-70 seconds (average of 60 seconds).
This simple mod shakes things up by randomizing when the pipes will break - while still maintaining the same average time between breakdowns. Now pipes can jam anywhere from 5 to 115 seconds between breakdowns (average of 60 seconds). So you never know what you're gonna get!
Mod: https://mod.io/g/drg/m/random-refinery-breakdowns
This is the only instance of it being described that I'm aware of because I was looking up refinery mods in the past. I tried looking up this info on the web to answer your question with more credible sources but I didn't find any and didn't bother spending too much time on that.

You will start caring when the other players will start crossing them and stacking them in a way where you will fall off of them at multiple points of the pipe. Refinery mission is my favourite mission in this game and I hate when other players ruin pipe riding. 😭

https://simple-bench.com/index.html I was referring to this benchmark specifically because the point of it is to benchmark the actual reasoning capabilities of LLMs:
Simple bench is the only reasoning benchmark written in natural language at which English-speaking humans (and yes, even 'smart highschoolers') can score 90%+, while frontier LLMs get less than 50%. It is an encapsulation of the reasoning deficit found in AI like ChatGPT.
These questions are fully private, preventing contamination, and have been vetted by PhDs from multiple domains, as well as the author - Philip, from AI Explained - who first exposed the numerous errors in the MMLU (Aug 2023). This was celebrated by, among others Andrej Karpathy.

I'm curious how it will do on the private benchmark that ai explained made. I think it was called simple bench?

Bulk detonator specifically is a monster in deep rock galactic game that causes a big explosion upon dying. I changed "bulk" to "compression" jokingly because of how badly the meme is compressed.
Oooh, you were making fun of the spelling in the meme. Noticed that in the last moment. haha

Bruuuuuuuuh. You realise that most people moved here from reddit 1+ year ago? I've been following this community for years before I quit reddit and this commnity always had it's own specific set of rules. I know it may shock you but ~99% of all lemmy communities are in fact based on reddit communities. I know we hate reddit but let's think for ourselves please...

It's so infuriating to see the sheer amount of misinformation on stuff as simple as this. It's like internet never learns. Imagine if a person with social anxiety was told through these memes that it's just your regular introvert behavior thus delaying getting help.

The reason why I personally despite them is the fact how badly they're programmed/balanced. They can be behind a cover very far away and shoot pixel perfect at your location without coming out while you try to deal with the horde being unable to kill them unless you're mobile enough. Not to mention that they will practically teleport (move absurdly fast from one location to another) from time to time making it harder to get a good aim on them.
E: and sure, that's not that big of a problem on lower hazards but when you play on haz 5 it quickly becomes a problem with their amount and the hordes blocking your way.

Nah, I have plenty of criticism towards DRG myself. You just are a troll that isn't aware of that yourself. When it comes to the drift you dismiss a well known and documented thing and hate on the players accussing them while protecting companies like nintendo. And here you came just to say that the game is terrible without any feedback and when you finally gave it you complained about graphics like everything today needs to be top notch in that regard and games aren't allowed to have their own looks. And you treat gameplay like some objective universal truth where if you personally don't like it then it means it must be shit. Just let people enjoy themselves instead of sharing your negative unbaked opinions without any constructive feedback... Also the other 2 games you mentioned, to me personally they don't look fun either because guess what? People have their own preferences and there's no need to jump to conclusions that if I didn't like something then it just must be a bad game in general, it just wasn't made for me. (I brought up joystick drift in the first place because I wanted to point out your ignorance towards gaming space and if you see it as a personal attack then sure.)
