What pests are wasps and hornets killing? The wasps and hornets *are" the pests to me.

It's a stupid, conspiratorial accusation, but it would matter. The point of the debate is to get a sense of how a candidate performs off the cuff. They weren't allowed any notes or materials. If a team was feeding her bullet points, that would deceptively give her an advantage in the debate.

This seems like a neat light. I'm willing to invest in good lights, but I'm not willing to carry around such a bulky solution. My normal lights detach and I can throw them in a small pocket on a bag. These would take up the whole bag. I can see them being well suited to road cyclists who don't leave their bikes parked much. But for an urban commuter, id like a smaller option.

Yep. The cheaper and easier solution to extreme housing issues is a few pallets of bricks and some mortar. This company is on a marketing campaign to try to get people in rich countries to get excited about buzzwords so they can get funding.

I seriously doubt 3D printed homes will ever be disruptive in any real sense. Effectively, it makes frame building easier. But that has never been the limiting factor in construction. All of the wiring, plumbing, etc is what is most difficult about building a home.
This company intends to do away with all that by just building a basic structure for people that need housing the most. Their "printer" is very cheap and fits in a shipping container. This is pretty much best case scenario, and it still would be upstaged by a shipping container of cinder blocks. The use case for 3D printed homes is luxury housing with funny shapes sold for high prices.

Linen is better than polyester (unless it's a fancy sports garment) and much better than cotton imo. It also kinda looks nice a little wrinkly so a baggy fit works well with it.

You're moving the goalposts. Neither the person you're replying to nor the article mention anything about relaxing the standard. All of the legislation and proposals in this area come from Republicans trying to make it harder for non-citizens to vote.
The article is pointing out the boogyman nature of this focus from the right. I would go a step further and say that this focus is an effort to disenfranchise working class voters by throwing more paperwork between them and their vote. I might even go another step and say that it's an effort to delegitimize our elections by claiming fraud to pave the way for illegitimate power grabs (like Jan 6).

Worm gears? Internal hubs are generally less efficient but that only really matters when you're racing. For groceries, the extra reliability is worth it to me.

Yes but not like that. I have 2 belt-drive bikes with internal hub gears. For a utilitarian city bike, I think there's nothing better and they will be much more common as more people try them.
List of benefits:
- Basically no maintenance required. You might need a yearly oil change.
- You can change gears while stopped
- Nothing oily to get your pants dirty
- Virtually silent. The ones I have don't even click while free-wheeling.
Downsides:
- Most internal hub or gearbox transmissions don't like changing gears under load
- They're heavier than a chain and derailer setup
- They're generally more expensive
- They require a frame that can split somewhere in the right side chain or seat stay. This isn't a problem if you get a bike with a belt but it makes it pretty much impossible to convert an existing bike
- To change your transmission, you need a whole new wheel (or de-lace, and re-lace your existing wheel).
- There are fewer options.
- Generally, you have fewer gears

I don't think that's right. We have limes in my city and I've picked them up. It might be right though. They have to be stupid robust because people are treating them like toys they don't own.

I have a friend who used to drink too much water. This eventually lead to him having dangerously low sodium levels but he didn't know that. One day, he knew something was wrong and was yelling to his landlady next door to get help. He passed out outside of his apartment. Then he was in a coma for 4 days.
I asked him what the coma was like. He said he remembered having a vague sense of panic like he was still trying to get his landlady. He doesn't remember, but when he first woke up, he was screaming her name and fighting the nurses.

We're talking about leftists here. The #staged and #flaseflag ideas are conspiracy theories that the would-be assassin was actually planted by Trump to boost his campaign. These are theorized by people that don't like Trump.

Agreed. I think 2XKO could be big enough and accessible enough to bring in Smash players. Riot probably realized they were cannibalizing their own hit game

Also Rivals 2 will likely do well. If anything, we're seeing platform fighters getting more and more recognized as a genre rather than one game and a bunch of clones.

I really don't get mad about things like this. I mean, who really expected a light up shoe connected to your phone to be a purely functional thing? It's obviously a novelty people wasted money on. I'll never buy a shoe that has any electronics so I don't really care what happens to that section of the market.

Strange. All of the commentators I saw were talking about how that was one of the best moments so far. "What cycling is all about". I believe he was passing through his home town during the first time trial stage and received a huge welcome. He slowed down to wave and receive his welcome and kiss his wife. UCI is going overboard.

A bullet that comes down has enough energy to kill someone. Shotgun pellets (especially smaller birdshot) would have much less energy when it comes down. That's why skeet shooting is the only kind where you shoot upwards. The terminal velocity of a BB is pretty small.

Has this changed? It used to be that sexting was explicitly just referring to sending nudes and the surrounding horny conversation. If you're right, the definition has broadened to include flirting or locker room humor.
What should really happen is Dr Disrespect should release the DMs (after redacting any details of the minor) so we can stop speculating about how bad this is.

Does there have to be an origin? The universe (at all levels) could be eternal.
JillyB 3 months ago • 100%
My crackpot theory is that there's a universe inside each black hole and we're currently inside a black hole. All of the matter that a black hole ingests feeds into a big bang on a separate timeline.
The big bang was a singularity where our understanding of time and space breaks down. Well a black hole is the same thing.

I need to leave this thread. Interstellar is my favorite movie of all time.
Game starts at 4:05. He entirely relies on game audio to play the game. Street Fighter 6 has good accessibility options that he uses to help understand the game state.
Pictured is mainly the shoe unit and backing plate for a CNC internal grinding machine. The quill sans wheel is on the right. The single point dresser is mounted to the shoe unit. This is a picture taken before re-fitting this grinder to grind taper *inner* ring bores. This grinder wasn't meant for that so I took a picture for reference while we discussed what modifications were needed.
