No, I tried rescanning the library and it did not fix the problem. Also deleting the library and reconfugting it does not work.

Libro sounds promising, thanks for the tip.
I tried a couple of times to find certain audiobooks, but seldomly had luck. There just does not seem to be a place that sells digital versions of audiobooks, similar to how bandcamp sells music. And even putting on my eye patch and throwing out my fishing net I was not able to find a place to get them. I do not want to use a subscription service, especially if it's part of amazon. Therefore it seems buying a CD and ripping it is the only option left.
I am encountering an issue where any song becomes unplayable after I have updated parts of its metadata. I am using the "comment" field of the metadata to organize playlists. My music library is sorted into folders of artist and subfolders for albums. I am using Rhythmbox Automatic Playlists to create playlists based on the comment field in the metadata. Rhythmbox is running on my PC, where also ny music library is located. That library is synced to my homeserver via Syncthing. On my homeserver Jellyfin is running and looks at the synced music library. When I change the comment field of a song on my PC, Rhythmbox can see and play it normally. Syncthing detects the change and syncs it to my homeserver. When I then try to access the same song via Jellyfin, it is not playable. Only after manually deleting it from the server and placing it there again, e.g. by FileZilla, it becomes playable again. Any ideas why this might be? Does Jellyfin not handle metadata changes well? Or is it an issue with Syncthing?

I am playing Monkey Island, Balatro and Cyber Hook. I don't think I need to introduce Monkey Island, so a bit about the other two.
Balatro is a card game, where you have to play pokerhands to reach increasingly higher scores. You can upgrade cards, get special effects and comboa going, all centered around the basic poker hands (pairs, flush, full house etc.) It is really fun for now, but I am not sure how long it will keep me.
Cyber Hook is a fast paced 3D platformer. Basically you are Spider Man, trying get through a level as fast as you can, swinging from structure to structure, running, jumping etc. It is inexpensive, bought it for ~2€ and it has a good set of mechanichs to make it not too complex but gives you a lot of possibilities to finish a level.

You could also check out Lowa. I had a pair of them before my doghammers, and only replaced them after ~6 years because they got torn at the side.
They are a bit more expensive though...
Gnorv 6 months ago • 100%
Check out doghammer, they also sell some for reduced price if they were display models or similar.
Furthermore they offer a repair service for certain parts of the shoe. I have a pair, though I didn't need the repair service yet, so cannot attest to that. I am using mines all year, even in (light) snow.

Some Distros come with Nvidia drivers preinstalled and I have heard people being succesful with them PopOS and Nobara come to mind. Nobara is very similar to Fedora, it is in fact based on it.

I do not think they are called drivers, but yes, installing the needed codecs should work. I just did not find out how to do it properly.

I did not really solve it. I looked around for a bit but found no good solution. The only thing that sort of worked was to copy the stream URL in Jellyfin and paste it into VLC Media Player, which could play the videos okay. But that was not really satisfactory for me.
In the end I installed a new OS on my PC which already came with the codecs to decode x265 preinstalled. I installed it for other reasons but it fixed also that issue and now I can play any video in the Jellyfin Media Player. I did not try if it also works in the browser. The OS I am now using is called Nobara.
Is there a way to change the display name of a contact? I have some people in a group chat that only have numbers as their display name, which I'd like to change only for myself to be something more useful.
I have read it runs fine on steam but would rather buy it on GOG due to the lack of DRM.
It promises to be the one-in-all chatting app, based on matrix, providing compatibility to other apps (Telegram, Signal, WhatsApp etc.) through bridges. So what do you think, from a privacy point of view and also user friendliness on the other hand?
