Lando Norris: McLaren driver says new team rules don't mean Oscar Piastri will give up wins | F1 News www.skysports.com

The relevant part: >"So [Piastri's overtake at Monza] wasn't an ideal point in my world, but also as a team. It's not how we should have gone racing there. I think clearer instructions of how we can race each other has been cleared up." > >Norris was asked if he was running in second place behind Piastri in first, that his team-mate would "probably not" be expected to give him the win and gave a clear "no" when further asked if Piastri would be handing him victories. > >"In general, [the new rules are] probably for lower positions but if he's fought for a win and deserving of a win, then he deserves to win," he added.

The article (or De Meo) fails to mention that the decision is not only left to Renault's board, as Viry-Chatillon's labor unions have a say in this matter: in France labor unions have a voice when a company has important plans such as this one (and especially when they can lead to job losses).

Bruno Famin at least mentioned that at the end of July

“The project, which has been presented to the staff representative and to different governance bodies, is talking about 2026 onwards on the power unit,” he said.

“Of course, we are talking to different manufacturers and, for the time being, nothing is done because it’s a project… we have to follow in France, with unions, we have a social process which is very strict to follow.

“We cannot take any decision until we reach the end of that process. But, for the time being, we are talking to some PU manufacturers but we cannot sign anything until this process is over.”

There is no dedicated pockets for the filters but I usually carry them in the "tablet" pocket that I never use.

Then I fill the top half of the bag with a couple of t-shirts, underwear, chargers, cables, sunscreen, glasses, headphones and hat, usually the roll top is expanded 3/4 of the way with a little more headroom.

As for pictures of the bag, I'm not home right now, I'll try to remember to snap some and send them here.

Apparently the same clause is in the Disney account terms used to buy the tickets to the park

Disney adds that Mr Piccolo accepted these terms again when using his Disney account to buy tickets for the theme park in 2023.

Which would hold more water than the clause in the Disney+ terms (that articles on the subject focus on way too much just for clickbait)

Jibreel Tramboo, barrister at Church Court Chambers, says the terms in the Disney+ trial are a "weak argument for Disney to rely on".

However, he says, the clause in the ticket purchase from 2023 may be a stronger case, "as there is a similar arbitration clause".

But anyway, it's really insensitive from Disney to try to arbitrate such a tragic incident.
