The outer []() is for adding a link when you click it and the things after the question mark is to change various things about how it looks. You can swap it to any community by changing the community and the instance in the link
Since this instance is more thematic I feel it makes more sense to have the default sort be local rather than all so people can easily see the art content when they first look at the site (especially for people without an account who are just checking it out (might be confused by the general posts and not make an account here)) Tends to be the standard for thematic instances like programming.dev, slrpnk.net, startrek.website, etc.
