[iPadOS/iOS]How do I change the browser opened with "Search Web" function?

When you click on the Search Web button in the menu, it opens Safari, even if the default browser is set to another one.

The reason why I'm not using Safari is that it's very slow for some reason. It's not just because my iPad is 5th gen. In fact, Orion browser works very fast.
