Raptors plan to prioritize retaining Vanvleet, Poeltl

With the NBA free agency moratorium opening on June 30, the Toronto Raptors plan to prioritize retaining point guard Fred VanVleet and centre Jakob Poeltl, according to TSN's Josh Lewenberg.
