Iraqi delegation visits Washington to resume talks on US troop withdrawal

The Iraqi people want the US occupation forces out. Washington still tries justifying its occupation of Iraq with the threat of the "ISIS" death cult entity, which Iraqi popular mobilization units already defeated years ago.
