[Feature req] Subscribed communities listed in profile view should show instance names

When I go to my profile, on the About tab there is a list of my subscribed communities. But it only shows the community name, not the instance. If I have subscribed to multiple communities with the same name, there's no way to tell them apart.

For example I can see three entries for "!android". Would be nice to know which is which.
