Problems Syncing Instances

Not sure what's going on but instances don't seem to be synching properly. I'm not talking about history not synching, but visiting outside instances from my home instance seems to display an older version. This is how lemmy support looks from https://lemmy.ml/c/lemmy_support:

There are 5 posts missing on my home instance and the top post is 4h old when there are newer posts.
