What's the best way to go about getting a community created on Lemmy if there isn't one, and you don't have the time to start and moderate it yourself?

I really haven't found a great solution to this, and I really miss some of my old subreddits that weren't as large as things like /r/aww, r/pics, r/gaming, etc.
