Protein recommendations

My go-to protein has been Optimum Nutrition whey protein from Costco but the price has been skyrocketing lately.

Can anyone recommend affordable alternatives of reasonable quality? There are so many summaries and reviews online and it's so hard to tell what's reasonable, much less cross reference with price.
