Defense lawyers say Multnomah County DA candidate violated ethics by accusing client of being a serial killer

Defense attorneys say Nathan Vasquez, a longtime prosecutor currently running for Multnomah County district attorney, violated ethics rules with a voters guide statement that publicly accuses a man of being a serial killer. The man has not been charged with a crime.
