Read Before Posting. Post Rules, the all knowing guide to knowing how to post on this community! <UPDATED> https://i.imgur.com/xxhWUkO.gif

O============[]**TITLE**[]============O The first part of your post is the title, people like to look up these wondrous beast so be clear and precise, these cars are also quite rare and barely have a record on the internet so we like to keep our records clean, as they say. O==========[]**BRACKETS**[]==========O The title consists of two parts, the type of car is first, time is the second. Put this information in square brackets for a tidy presentation. }-**First Part:** **The types of vehicles is *simple*:** **REAL**: A vehicle that was put into production. **FAKE**: A vehicle from any type of media or an April’s Fools. **MODDED**: A vehicle that has been modified, either by the original company or a second party. **CUSTOM**: A vehicle that has been scratch made, homebuilt or been so heavily modified that it is wrong to call it modded. **UNKNOWN**: Sometimes information can be elusive, this tag is for those cars that have been lost to time, this tag can also be used for the date. **CONCEPT**: A vehicle that has been made to prove a point, show what the company could do or what the future could look like. **PROTOTYPE**: A car that was planned to go into production but something/ someone stopped it. You will now have: > [**REAL**, XXXX] > > [**FAKE**, XXXX] > > [**MODDED**, XXXX] > > [**CUSTOM**, XXXX] > > [**UNKNOWN**, XXXX] > > [**CONCEPT**, XXXX] > > [**PROTOTYPE**, XXXX] }-**Second Part:** The *Date* Due to some of these weird wonders being so rare, pinning down a date can be hard, always post the manifacture/ release of the vehicle or a rough approximation, for example: >[XXXX, **19th Century**] > >[XXXX, **1920's**] > >[XXXX, **1920's/30's**] - *made in either decade* > >[XXXX, **1923/8**] - *either made in '23 or '28* > >[XXXX, **1923-8**] - *made between '23 and '28* O============[]**PICTURE**[]=============O We like to keep things up to a standard here, we like to keep things clean which means the main image must be as high quality as possible, below is the yes and no's. **YES**: *Clean Screenshot, showing the car cleanly* ![](https://i.imgur.com/bMzlUrp.jpg) **NO**: *SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS* ![](https://i.imgur.com/5Tx6ilG.jpg) *EBAY* ![](https://i.imgur.com/gZ5qzmy.jpg) *UNCLEAR IMAGE* ![](https://i.imgur.com/s94x1pd.jpg) *THUMBNAILS* ![](https://i.imgur.com/4P39vBz.jpg) *DRAWINGS* ![](https://i.imgur.com/6LjE1Ng.jpg) ***However** we do allow drawings and unclear images if no other source is available.*

[REAL, 1993] The Mosler Raptor

![](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2a/Mosler_raptor_side.jpg) >In 1993, Consulier Industries spun off their automotive division into Mosler Automotive, which focused on high-performance cars. Mosler introduced the Intruder, an updated GTP with a new 300 hp (220 kW) Corvette LT1 V8 engine modified by Lingenfelter. This car raced at the Longest Day of Nelson 24-hour race in 1993 and 1994, winning both years; like the GTP before it the Intruder was also banned from Nelson Ledges after its dominating 1993–1994 performances. In 1996, a 450 hp (340 kW) Lingenfelter Intruder won Car and Driver magazine's One Lap of America. >Of the four Intruders built, just one was sold. Another was converted into a GT1 racing car, while the remaining pair were converted into Raptors. >In 1997, the Intruder was renamed Raptor after being updated with a V-shaped split windshield that reduced drag. Five cabriolets were built in celebration of "20 Years of GDR" in 1969 and used for military parades. ![](https://feddit.de/pictrs/image/b5867cd1-add3-4be5-8237-e84a5c5f271a.png) ![](https://feddit.de/pictrs/image/d4d6135b-2120-4bbd-8eb9-d2d988445722.png) ![](https://live.staticflickr.com/7505/15602804187_44980f7c36_b.jpg)

[PROTOTYPE, 1953] The Manocar

The single front wheel and the rear wheels were fitted on swingaxles with typically French rubber band suspension. The body without doors was similar to the "Brutsch Mopetta" in overall design, but rather larger. It was advertised as bridging the gap between car and scooter. This 2-seat vehicle had a 125 cc 2-stroke engine that drove power to the front wheel via a chain. Only two pre-production cars were made once the project was cancelled.

[CUSTOM] Self balancing omniwheel bike by James Bruton (WIP - video in post)

Source (video 17min): [Building an omniwheel bike using hoverboard parts - James Bruton (YouTube)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TDbwSwzWJxU) > I love riding hoverboards, so I decided to see if we could use the electronics and wheels from one to make a bigger balancing omni-directional vehicle. Other channels have attempted this, but generally they just made the wheels bigger which result in more velocity and less torque than the hoverboard controller is expecting. I solved this by matching the wheel velocity with the correct belt ratio. In Part 2 I'll be putting thrusters on to make to go forward too!

[CONCEPT, 2005] Ford SYNus concept, a bank vault for the road. https://i.imgur.com/3pgcB9a.jpg

The SYNus concept was designed by Jose Paris (exterior) and Joe Baker (interior). It was designed for the 2005 North American International Auto Show, and shares the 2.0 DOHC Diesel engine and powertrain from the 2nd generation Ford Mondeo. The design was inspired by the design used for bank vaults, this is also functional, as the frame and windows are designed to be bulletproof, this is also the reason why the SYNus does not have any back windows, instead, camera’s and screens are used as a functional replacement. The concept’s name was from a combination of “synthetic” and “us” which created a “urban sanctuary”, according to Ford. This also extends to it’s most unique feature, “lockdown mode”. In this mode, the doors lock and bullet proof window blinds are closed on top of the windows, the car’s seats can then be swivelled around, allowing passengers to watch movies or similar things.

[CUSTOM] Omni-Wheel Bicycle by James Bruton (video in description) https://i.imgur.com/l3AzLnO.jpg

Source (**Full video**): [Can I ride a Bike with an Omni-Wheel? - (James Bruton, YouTube)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a0Yn5bYclv4) 1 minute edit: https://i.imgur.com/ywsDJ2f.mp4 From the video description: > Last time I built a giant omni-wheel. An omni-wheel can move in multiple directions because it has lots of smaller wheels around its circumference, so it can roll like a normal wheel, or slide sideways. Normally you’d use at least three omni-wheels on a vehicle so that you can move or rotate in any direction. But in this video I’m going to put my giant omni-wheel on the front of a bicycle, and with some clever electronics I’m going to control the wheel so I can ride it. I’m using the back end of the bike from the Makers Secret Santa Christmas video which Colin Furze left on my driveway. I’ll need to modify the bike so I checked it wasn’t Colin’s bike from his childhood or anything and he said it sounds cool. As I mentioned last time, the wheel is going to be mounted the wrong way around on the front of the bike so the two wheels make a T-shape. So first of all I need to make some modifications to the front forks of the bike. > CAD and Code: https://github.com/XRobots/BIGOmni-Bike

If the wounded requires more specialized medical care, this vehicle can perform both on land and in water for quicker transportation. > >The car has emergency storage space at the bottom of the lifeguard’s chair and under the stretcher for medical equipments to handle critical situations.
