This is my first G1 and really liking the concept. Matches are different and play to different styles and the 20min limit keeps this going quickly and adds the suspense of matches timing out.

I didn’t realize how much I missed Shida being on TV. She can have a great match with anyone, as evidenced by her match tonight against Marina Shafir. Obviously “the problem” has some growing to do, but I’m pretty sure I just saw her best match thanks almost exclusively to Shida. I’d live to have Hikaru in either belt chase, and the sooner the better. What do you think? Where would she best be used?

Maybe harsh but that's my opinion right now. My cousin purchased the game, ive only played through remote play but honestly its boring. I have been to several aew events and have the gear to prove it, I wanted to support Aew in this but I just can't, There is nothing about this that is better than any alternatives we already have. Day 1 dlc , you cant even have a fucking ladder match with more than 2 people. All I have to say is AEW should be ashamed of themselves , though I love their TV program their game SUCKS.

Haven't watched WWE regularly for years but just started to get into the PPVs again from the Rumble this year, I try and watch Dynamite every week but that's about it. Although I have resubbed to NJPW from Dominion, I couldn't watch new japan last year as the silent crowds were just weird but can't wait for the G1 this year!

What's a good source of wrestling news that respects the readers intelligence and time? The amount of clickbait and non news is horrific and feels like it has gotten worse recently. A good example is the recent Punk ESPN interview. We had a bunch of stories reporting that people are unhappy about it or it was a shoot before it even came out but it was clearly all above board. When it did come out, websites like cultaholic split it up into about 5 different stories when all you had to do was read the one interview. Wrestling news for the most part feels like YouTube reaction videos. One piece of news that then gets spun off into 100 opinion pieces and hearsay until the original story gets lost. That's if the original piece of news was even legit because there are hardly ever any tangible sources. Or do you not read any 'news' and just enjoy the shows? I do wonder if enjoying wrestling and reading about wrestling are two entirely different hobbies sometimes.
