Great opportunity for live action **"TEN YEARS IN THE JOINT MADE YOU A FUCKING PUSSY!"**
Just got plat for this game and I found the game enjoyable! The combat is more refined, Hawaii is a great place to explore and the side activities+especially the island) are really fun. My complaints are DLCs are required to make the grind faster and performance issues in heavily populated areas. Curious to know your takes!

I just got the plat trophy and I have to say it's one of the nicer games in the series. I liked the story and the ending made me feel really sad for Kiryu. The combat was fun and I enjoyed the tougher boss fights. However, the lack of NG+ to is the biggest flaw for me especially with Akame points being finite in this game. I haven't played much of y8 demo but I liked the improved combat system and the Hawaii looks nice. What are your thoughts on the game?

I have just started playing Kiwami 2 after finishing Zero and Kiwami 1. So far i like it way more then K1. Got hooked up on story right away, battle is better and i love lvling system. On other note Yakuza games still amazes me how serious story is and how silly and funny substories are! I have just hit chapter 4 and cant wait to see how everything will develop.

I watched many Beat Takeshi movies and I really liked them. I found the Outrage trilogy (Outrage, Beyond Outrage, and Outrage Coda) be the closest to Yakuza games as it deals with conflict and drama within the leadership of the large clans. Also watched Sonatine, Violent Cop and Hana-bi. I also liked Blood of wolves and Last of wolves. It's a cop drama but it's fun. The lastest movie I watched was A Legend of Turmoil (1992). 3/5 Engaging and fun, but predictable.

There's no Kamurocho in Gaiden, so I guess no Earth Angel. I'm sad kyodais. Earth Angel is a location I always go to in the games...

I love my man Kiryu but 6 was such a perfect wrap up for Kiryu to retire. I'm gonna love seeing his as a protag again, but honestly I wish my man got to rest for even just a bit and enjoy the rest of his life.
