Switch Users with fingerprint

Hi, new to GrapheneOS and have a basic question. I set up my phone and users with a pin, then added fingerprints for faster log in. When I switch users, I am prompted with the pin. If I swipe down to lock the screen, I then can log in with fingerprint. Can't I set it up to go straight to fingerprint?

Anyone else experiencing weird bugs lately on their Pixel 7?

I have had a three strange bugs and glitches happen to me on my GrapheneOS Pixel 7 today. First my e-mail account (FairEmail) stopped working properly and required a device reboot to fix. Then later in the day my home WIFI accounts set themselves to 'disabled' without my input, something that never happened before. And just now my cameras wouldn't work in both of the camera apps I am running and I had to reboot once again to fix it. This is very weird because I've never had problems like that before and now I've gotten 3 in the same day. I'm hoping that it's not a hardware issue. I've had this phone for only 1 year. Anyone else started experiencing strange issues like this recently?

How can I add Spotify to Android Auto?

Is there a way to add Spotify to Android Auto running GrapheneOS? So far I have gotten to the point where I can add a new shortcut using the Assistant command. However, no matter what I tried, I wasn't able to add Spotify to the apps.

Oh how I wish grapheneOS could run on a serviceable phone,.

https://www.nokia.com/phones/en_int/nokia-g-22?sku=101S0609H001 I really wish that my love of privacy respecting technology could couple with my love of sustainable and repairable ownership respecting technology... I know GrapheneOS leverages security features only found in the pixel, but a fella can dream, can't he?

GrapheneOS could benefit from Lineage-esque features as a harm reduction strategy.

I think that GrapheneOS could really benefit from some small options to tweak the system, such as fonts and emoji. Root bypasses the security model, so reducing the need to rely on root would be a good harm reduction strategy. Sort of like how sandboxed Google Play Services reduces the harm for people who need to rely on it. Maybe even upstream could accept it.

GrapheneOS is working on Google's latest tablet. https://youtu.be/jfbz1RzSJh4

I've heard it is also working on the new Pixel Fold as well.

GrapheneOS and phone longevity

This is completely anecdotal, but I feel like using GrapheneOS has increased the lifespan of my phone. Or rather I should say, has allowed me not to have to upgrade as often in order to maintain acceptable performance. I am still using a Pixel 4a 5G as my daily driver, and couldn't be happier. I think the reasons are twofold: 1. Ongoing model support and release activity 2. Changing the way I use my phone In regard to point 2, what I mean is that it has allowed me to dodge bloated OS updates, as well as forced me to use (usually) more performant FOSS alternatives to my previously relied upon apps. Additionally, because it encourages me to adopt a more secure mobile lifestyle, I'm also not using my phone for more intensive (and often more invasive) media and games. What are your thoughts?
