Pretty much the title. I have the base game on steam but would like buy an upgrade to activate as many DLCs as possible. Should I just buy the latest? Edit: ok, The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: necrom or Deluxe Collection: Necron seems to be what I'm looking for. Edit2: oh, and it's on sale now!

As someone who doesn't like bloat and likes cross-platform command lines tools I found this one pretty nifty.
Getting Error 108 pretty frequently but it seems to work eventually. Anyone else experiencing problems?
